Fairytale Princess
Bathed in the moonlight, she waits
Locked in the tower
Evil witch’s spell
Keeps her trapped in seclusion
Alone in the dark
She dreams of a prince
She wonders if he will come
Riding on his steed
With a crystal ball
Evil witch sees all hears all
In her dark prison
Many have sought her
Fought through the forest of doom
Only to be burned
Dragon’s fiery breath
Consumed all her known suitors
At witch’s command
Witch waits for the day
But her beauty never fades
Angering the witch
On his royal steed
Prince Stavros, his sword in hand
Slays the dragon beast
Princess Malondra
Cries out in sheer ecstasy
She will soon be free
Witch sends her serpents
To devour the handsome prince
Princess holds her breath
Stavros surrounded
He holds his shield and his sword
Serpents spit poison
Fairy godmother
Sees the handsome prince’s plight
Waves her magic wand
His sword now glows red
And cuts off the serpents’ heads
Magic of the sword
Witch transforms herself
She now has Malondra’s face
Kiss me now oh prince
He is mesmerized
He’s fallen under her spell
Their lips almost touch
Malondra cries out
She is not me; I’m not her
She’s the evil witch
Stavros is spellbound
His heart can’t tell who is true
He must kill the witch
In his shield he sees
A reflection of them both
With his sword, he strikes
Witch lay dead today
Malondra is free at last
Her face glows with love
He is prince charming
Stavros climbs the tower wall
Rescues his princess
Ride into the night
Prince and princess castle bound
Through forest of love
Royal wedding day
Two hearts have now become one
All hail King and Queen
In the throne chamber
King and Queen upon their thrones
Watch their children play
Fairytale princess
All her dreams have now come true
Her godmother smiles
