Haiku Jasper's View of the World

Haiku Jasper's View of the World

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Haiku Jasper’s View of the World

Holds his eyes to see

Jasper learns too late he’s blind

Tunnel vision here

Narrow focused sight

See’s just what he wants to see

And not how things are

Jasper’s sight is blurred

Views shades only black and white

Not the true picture

Jasper is confused

Why are things out of focus?

Because fingers pinch

What should jasper do?

Let his eyes move all around

See the real world here
