Haiku Mysteries

Haiku Mysteries

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Haiku Mysteries

Mysteries arise

In dark and gloomy places

Hide in the darkness

Mysteries evolve

Helplessness of the victim

Fills a heart with fear

Mysteries erupt

Stalker moves in the shadows

Has eyes of a cat

Mysteries explode

He smells fear in his victim

Moving in closer

Mysteries attacks

Wielding his weapon of choice

Blood puddles the ground
