Hula Dancer

Hula Dancer

Hula Dancer

In the heat of the day

Mister Sun

Climbs high in the sky at noontime

Hula dance, her hips sway

Breezes won

Dancing like a poetry rhyme

All eyes watch with delight

Whispering

That she moves with beauty and grace

She’ll dance into the night

Relishing

Your eyes gleaming, lighting her face

Hawaii is the place

For true love

To grow with a life of its own

Joining two hearts with grace

From above

To express the love you’ve been shown

Beautifully done.....I'm not delving into the logistics of this delightful piece,
(don't tell Sal) lol, but just enjoying it as it is! ~ Helena :)

Your line: To the breeze should end with a rhyme of "sun."
Your line: Just for you should end with a rhyme of "whispering."
Your line: Joining two hearts as one should end with a rhyme of "place."

Rhyme pattern: a/b/c/a/b/c, d/e/f/d/e/f, g/h/i/g/h/i
The syllables are fine.
