Night Shadows

Night shadows forming

Dark outlines stretch before me

In the pale moonlight

 

Shadows of demons

All sizes and shapes they come

With evil intent

 

Hear screams in the night

These shadows dripped with evil

I cover my head

 

In the morning dawn

Demon turned into my doll

Shadows are revealed

 

My fears unfounded

Seen in the clear light of day

Fear turns to laughter
