this piece i wrote during dragging hours in the office and i can't produce any outputs for the project and i can't scribble anything positive so i wrote something out of my demotivatedness. lol

Uninspired--too tired

to be who i aspired and see

as i look to my wishes and fantasies

that remained as they are,

seemed lost forever in a distant star.

Will i not be too scared to bear
my share of fate's wearisome dare?

Confined in an atmosphere of gloom
in a room that resounds
the slow beating of my heart;
i can't find meaning, it's a feeling
like i don't know where to start.
This is worse than loathing.

Is it 'cos you're not here tonight?
Your life giving smile's temporarily
gone from my sight.
Where did you run to,
will you let me know?
Give me a sense of direction,
some place to go.

In this hour,
when the here and now
is stronger than my imaginings,
no matter what and how
i close my eyes to dream of things
with glittering colors changing hue--
nothing my fantasy can ever do
to fill the void.
