written like a year ago. :) one of my early morning rhymes and lines. how most of them are lost in time, memories din't serve me well but lucky this one's fine. :)

 let these mirthless eyes

be open for the rest of the day, 

 in search of anything to parallel 

your beauty in any way. 

though years have past,

 the seasons were gravely unfair. 

no use searching, 

you are but far 

beyond compare...
