Tripping Over You

Tripping Over You

A Poem by Norie C
"

A beginning love unfolding.

"
Everclear skies,

Passing moon,

all in a day,

this is consumed,

colors pass; then turn to gray,

only to be awoken by your face,

It is no matter; the time spent apart,

the miles,the streets, the people,

the walls, the buildings, the bridges,

the energy seeps through the spaces,

It runs; it races,

Into my limbs, my ears, my fingertips,

Into my veins straight into my heart,

Blood fills the plumpness in my lips,

The music brings life to my hips,

Christmas lights shine into my eyes,

as I lie on my back, absorbing all the colors of your rainbow,

Rewinding and playing them back slow,

so slow.

Innuendo’s sweetly tripping over this lovely
piece of poetic passion! Nicely done!

That was so cool! It really got to me, and the flow of your writing was unbelievable! Top notch!
