Burn.

Burn.

A Poem by Desert Rose
"

sometimes, in order to make deep impacts, all you need to do is to say very little.

"

Come...

..reborn..

...undone...

....naked...

..timid…

….disarmed..

..revealed..

..secure..

..fragile..

…slowly…

..surely..

..burning…

…focused..

…very…

…focused..

….laser..

..focused..

…..look me…

….my eyes..

…they’re yours..

…..your eyes.....

..they’re mine……

..welcome..

..you’re home..

….trust me…

..trust you…

.....closer....

..closer...

.....let go......

...let's burn.........

…don’t fret….

..i’m you…

……you’re me…

..we’re one..

nice to meet you too !!!
This was an amazing poem. At first I was confused with where you were taking it but by the end you had it all wrapped up like a beautiful present. It was so full of meaning and depth. Thank you for sharing this for us all to read. < 3

you're welcome,
thank YOU for reviewing!
glad you liked it!! :)
This was fantastic! It reads like a fuse burning quickly towards an explosive ending. I love the pace that it has, but also the story that is told even in this form. Wonderful!

There is a seductive urgency to your staccato lines. Very effective. I liked it. Lydi**

it's hard to transmit your feelings over text isn't it? that's the best i can come up with :)

To me, this comes off as a symbol for a fast moving relationship, or maybe one that cannot be said with words. Sometimes feelings are too strong to create sentences, just the look of intensity. A unique poem for sure :)
