Love doesn't last a week
like some people like
to believe
that isn't love

Love isn't arguments
it isn't screaming
and fighting
that isn't love

Love isn't jealousy
not trusting the other
looking for deception
that isn't love

Love isn't a show piece
something to be flaunted
a trophy
that isn't love

Love doesn't seek pain
attempt to solve problems
by hurting one another
that isn't love

Love Isn't Being Whipped
someone "Wearing the Pants"
someone in charge of the other ones actions
that isn't love

Love is Honesty
Trusting that only truth
is spoken and speaking
only truth in return

Love Is Believing In Everything,
true love
each other
and Yourself

Love Endures All
All Pain,
All Anger,
All things.
