I watched you grow up

We played our princess games.

You always got the Barbie house.

We had a flying tree fort.

Memories are plentiful,

Fights numerous,

Hugs and kisses aplenty.

Love for each other never ending.

I saw you become a mother.

Beginning a whole new life.

Growing and growing.

Preparing to take care of someone else.

Now you are a mother and a wife.

Raising a now 5 year old.

Whose starting school soon.

Oh, Mother hood.

I remember you little.

Hoping one day to become a mom.

You picked out names.

Dreaming of a wonderful life.

Now your making new memories.

Mother and daughter.

Be nice to your mother,

She's the only mom you got.
