Mothers

To all the mom's out in the world! Happy mothers day!

They know when you need love, 

They know when you just need to be alone,

There when you need them, 

Sometimes there when you don't.

Always knows what's under your bed.

Knows you didn't really  clean your room!

Sometimes yells at you but for a good reason.

Tries to have your best interests at heart.

Works all day and still has time for you,

Sometimes when they don't, they are thinking about you.

Always there to eat that cookie with you or,

Sometimes even a piece of candy to rot your teeth.

So what do you call this marvel?

Is there any word even worthy?

A treasure of massive proportions

I think they should be called Mom.

Mom, what a powerful word.

Used when you want to go to your friends house,

Even though you already asked dad. 

And he said no.

The one word you can use when someone is bothering you,

Even though she's sure you probably deserved what is coming to you.

A word you can say when you just need a hug or a kiss.

A word when no one else seems to get you. 

Moms do so much for us. 

So how do we honor shear brilliance?

A day dedicated to all mothers 

Mothers day.

The one day we set aside our quarrelsome differences,

And show our mothers what they mean to us.

After all they brought us into this world,

And they can take us out.

Remember you only have one mother so don't just tell her you love her one day out of the year,

show her all year round. She's the only mother your going to have in this world so make the most of the one you have. 

Happy mothers day to all the mothers biological or otherwise<3
