Alarm bells

Alarm bells

A Poem by nyi

I sense the smell of danger from your breath

As you move closer my sixth sense awaken

For the vestige of being fooled never vanishes

Your treacherous character cannot disguise

Under short skirt, rosy lips and cheap smiles

Since your sense of kindness is as hollow as greed

No doubt you plan to leave my heart in desperation

Before you glide down my life downhill

Because it is your nature to pulverize man's dreams

The idea of love for you is much like your high heel shoes

Abundant and replaceable which changes with time

All your industry of lies and wicked charms

Cannot penetrate my alarming bells of experience
