Moving on

After years of tears,
It finally makes sense.
We aren't meant to be,
That now I can see.
fun while it lasted,
My heart is now too fasted.
It's time for me to stop falling, 
and deploy my parachute. 
I'm in a place you're not,
Here there's so many chances I got.
I'm finally moving on,
Announcing my feelings are gone.
I will still miss you,
But I know now it's over.
Thanks for helping me to this stage,
You still hold a place in my heart.
I wish I could stay,
But it's time for these feelings to go away.
