[The warmth of the sun in winter]

[The warmth of the sun in winter]

A Poem by L.M. Hanewald

The warmth of the sun in winter

Against the white, and colorless sky

Beats down incredible fervency

As the cold wind tries to chill it away.

Through the snow, the ice, and The frost-bitten wind,

Its comfort stays tangible, stays persisting, stays glowing.

It’s passion for the ground is too strong to cut with the frozen blade of winter.
