Heaven's DarlingA Poem by Sana Fatma
She's an angel, a darling, sweet as all girls
She's all of six, large eyes, silky curls Her cheeks flaunt a dimple Her eyes own a twinkle They have a charming, witty light She possesses cuteness infinte She has a hearty, musical laugh She's bewitched all the school staff The way she talks will steal your heart And if you ever notice her in a mart Her charms will make you turn, look twice and whisper to your friend, 'ain't she nice?!' She's a flower from heaven, as a child can be If she were yours, wouldn't you be happy? But her parents cry rivers every night in bed Because - did I mention? - she has a tumour in her head. © 2012 Sana FatmaAuthor's Note
