I want to cry

and take this pain away

hurt and pain

and still feeling

I want to make

you whole again

and so much

happy

to where

you have no cares

or woes at all.

But sadly I can not

I can only comfort you

talk to you

and give you a hug

And show and tell

you I really do care.

Deeply for you.

someone

in the vast

wide world

and it is me.

Even if you do not

want a hug

or even someone

to give a hoot.

Too bad I still do!

Because simply

worthwhile

This is absolutely amazing. I love its originality on the outlook of pain so many people feel. A lot of the poems I've read on here have been about the issues people are going through, so this poem kind of feels like an answer to all those souls crying out for help. I especially like how you tell whoever you're talking to that there is someone out there who cares about them, that they're not alone in this world. This is something that is really important to everyone, no matter what they say. Everyone just wants someone to be there when they fall, and a sturdy post to lean on when they can't hold themselves up any more. This poem is so incredibly inspiring in so many ways. It really pushes its readers to think about who they are to their friends and what they want from their friends. This reminds people that they're not the only ones who need just one person in their life to care. I really like how you put this together. The way you word everything makes none of it cliche, I can hear your own voice an your own thoughts in this work. What an amazing job.
