Everything around me is noisy

drama action constantly something

go on.

I go into another room

another place

sit down

close my eyes

and relax

unwind

and drift off

into my inner self

finding that calm

serenity and grace

to help me overcome

another crazy day of life.

Focusing on the warmth

of a light stop

ahead of my closed eyes

feel the warmth

comfort me

and circle me

inside a

safe zone

like being

on a

beach

with a

light breeze

caressing my face

and skin

and I smile

and feel

true contentment

inside me

and all around.

I bask in this

glorification

mellowness

heavenly bliss

Very nice. I live in Seoul which is so big and millions of people. I often go camping when I want to get out. I'm in Japan currently helping with the flooding but it's still crowded
