Quality....

I really do understand and can

relate to people closing themselves

off towards others.

And thinking.

I would rather be on my own

and not mix or even communicate

with others any more as all they

do is hurt me and abuse me.

I know that one big time.

But it's a lonely existence

being on your own. I was

like that for many a year

in the past.

But at the same time.

We as humans are meant

to mix and communicate

with others. And develop

and grow within ourselves.

Let alone also have quite

contemplation times for

ourselves.

It just finds that happy

balance in life. Mixing

with others. And also

that time for you alone.

We need people. We need kind voices and someone to listen to us. I lost a uncle who was a father. I would do anything to be able to say goodbye. We do need silence, time to regain our mind.
