A Man....

Being emotionally free to be who they really are. In good and bad times.

A lot of women just want a man

to be strong and never cry

or show his true feelings.

I for one.

Just want my man to be happy

and open and show his feelings

to me. Even when he is upset

sad or down or simply wants to cry.

I will not judge or laugh.

As I love him.

I will comfort him, care for him

support him and show I love him

the best I can as me.

It's okay for a woman to show her feelings

 And get upset.

But for a man to show his true feelings.

Some parents. still shun them away

from showing their feelings towards others.

Even to this very day. A man should

hide his emotions. Bullshit.

And to me, that is really sad.

The other day. My man was really

emotional and upset. Over everything

of late. And to be honest. I was so glad

and relieved he felt he could just be

himself with me.

As anyone should be able to be themselves

with someone who really loves them. In

both good and bad times.

That is real love. Not fake.

Accepting them for who they really are.

As a man, we do break down. Might have to drive a few hundred miles before we do, but it does happen.
