An Angel.

For Christine. For being a great friend. And for simply caring.

If an angel came to me tonight

I would take her hand.

And speaking from my heart to hers.

I would ask here what it was like to

be an angel?

And does she like being one in general?

And what did she miss from earth and home?

I know if she came to me. It was to comfort me

and give me hope.

I would thank her and give her a great big hug.

And send her on her way.

As seeing her lifted my heart. As it showed me

she cared. by visiting me today.
