Rehibilitation My Arse.

Can someone who has done evil actually change

and be rehabilitated back into the community

100% and never commit another crime?

Long-term. I am on about.

I often wonder this difficult questions and

struggle with the answer.

As I actually do believe in my own heart.

They cannot fully overcome their crimes

and be readjusted back into society.

Without the fear of them doing it again.

Another crime of the same type they did before.

I am talking about serial killer, rapes, pedos and

that such like.  The serious of the lot.

Some people think going to prison will fix them.

But honestly. No, it does not.  It's a real scary

world we live in. When these type of so called

sub humans walking on this earth with us all.

Well, Dawn, I commend you for speaking your mind. Mostly because I agree completely. A person of faith, I leave them to Someone above my pay-grade, but no, my heart tells me that they are purely evil, as Wordman said. And, well, it's hard to understand evil. It's damn hard. And even those of us who do come to understand them may lose something in the process.

But i agree completely. Prison doesn't help. Prisons are evil themselves.

Thanks, Wesley, for your thoughts. I do agree prisons, just breed more hatred, violence and misery long term. No matter what documentary you watch. They always end up coming back to prison long term. No matter what the crime was.

Prison just makes some of them better...at whatever crime they were imprisoned for. People in prison discuss where they went wrong, and how not to get caught again.
I know. I've been there.
Not for long, just five days, and it was all a mistake--when I went to court, the charges were dropped and I was let go. Just the same, it was both sobering and eye-opening. All the prisoners within my area, which numbered maybe twenty, were always talking about how they got caught and how to make sure it didn't happen again. All but the few who kept saying, like me, that they were innocent.

we're as good as evil; it's up to us to decide which part dominates. I believe that people could change. We had been toddlers who throw mud at each other, now we don't. We are not angels; thus, we make mistakes. But we get better. We're humans.

a convenience store down the street got robbed last week from a guy just out of prison for armed robbery ,,go figure,he`s going back home

That is what I mean. It does more harm that good. It does not fix broken people. It just seems to highlight they need help. Not mixing with others. Who give them ideas to do other things when they get out.
