None stop...

Sometimes I feel,

I am just an emotional wreck.

And I am living off my nervous

and turning out,

nonstop poetic drivel

to ease my woes

and suffering.

My mind is whirling around

and around

never stopping or sleeping

on a constant loop

it goes around.

Thinking of this

and thinking of that.

Not stopping

always something

is playing on

inside my mind.

Hurry hurry hurry or

you will be late.

For insomnia and sleep.

That is for babies and wimps.

It's more mental exhaustion

anxiety and stress.

Of everyday living

that is

upsetting me so.

F**k this.. f**k that.

f**k everyone.

I am superhuman

oh, Christ!

No, I am NOT.

BURNT OUT then finally fast asleep

in a comatosed state of exhaustion.

Life sweeps us up and away, takes us to places and into situations we don't ask for, don't want but accept.. because we feel we should. Maybe, just maybe, we should just stand and look.. and look.. and see? We're not puppets, strung up like trussed chickens etc. We're born cussers and shouters who have the right to yell - and sleep.. and stop.. and think.. and write and.. be.
