Petunia Morrison

Petunia Morrison

A Poem by Onlyme

Her name is Petunia Morrison
And she is 70 years old
and a retired librarian
from a very posh school.

She lives in a village
in the heart of England.
And to all her neighbours
she is prim and proper
and a sweet soul.

But unknown to any of them.
By most nights
she is called Racheal
and works in a call centre
in the next big major City
close to her home.

As an xxx phone call operator.
She came across this job by
accidentadvertised in a shop
window one day and decided
to apply for it out of boredom
and just doing something different
for a giggle.
And went for the interview
and got the job not expecting to
even get entertained for the
position.

She does not do the job
for the money, she does it simply
because she enjoys,  the variety
and the fun, and the laughter
she gets from doing this type of thing.

So never judge a book by the cover
as you sure do not know what
lays deep within. Wink.

wow, Marian the Librarian----the other life many of us live.
I believe we all are different personalities inside...and some express and lead double or even triple lives.
