Yes, we can be affected

by others around us

who we live with love

and have as friends in

general.

Or even colleagues at work.

But at the end of the day,

it's also how you deal with them,

react around them.

And how much power,

you let them

have over you.

No, I am not saying it's easy.

Nothing in life is easy.

It's just learning  and realising your

reactions back towards them

when they upset you

and how you respond to them

gives them more weapons to

us towards you.

A calmer mind, quieter reproach and

a cool response helps big time.

Basically never let the b******s win.

Or show them they have upset you.

As to them when they see

they get a reaction from you, they win.
