Time

Time

A Poem by Sara
"

Bored at work and so quiet I could hear the clock ticking away, which was pretty much my muse for this.

"
Is it not a tangible thing?
I can hear it tick by
Tick
Tick
Tick
Feel it fly or crawl by
Wishing the Day would hurry
Or wonder where it all went
See the changes it makes
Day to Night
Young to Old
Summer to Winter
I Can grab it
Do with it as I please
Except turn it back
Time
Is Not Abstract

Wonderfully crafted piece. It takes us into the world of time and leaves us with a clear set of images that are easy to understand. Very nicely done! =)

Craftily written.
No words wasted, and I enjoyed the read. I smiled at the last line. Good work.
Keep writing!
