Sometimes

 

 

Sometimes you believe its so hard to be good

no matter what you do, you're not being understood

 

Sometimes you feel like you're all alone

all those were yours are no more your own

 

Sometimes you wonder if life is a misery

taking refuge within, you ponder if that's destiny

 

Sometimes you ask if its worthwhile to stay

the one you cherished the most, also walked away

 

Sometimes you look up to the sky and question why

Such beauty up there, when everything here is just a lie

 

Sometimes you wish that it had never begun

billions in agony, you realise you're not the only one

 

Sometimes it hurts, the emptiness within

the only thing thats left, is hope to newly begin

Oh I really really like this... so much thought in this poem. It can leave a reader lost in thought and feeling from the emotion created in the words you've pinned here. There can truly be so many questions within a person about the world and their reason. The way there is ups and downs in life for the person that causes them to wonder these things you have written. Enjoyed a lot.

Great poem, really! :) a few little things to correct; it's 'yours' in line 4...and if you want, you can change ''you're not being understood'' in ''you're being misunderstood'', but that's just another option :)
