figure of speech

this is about my step dad haha

i know what youre thinking,

"hes a good father figure".

but here are the facts...

 

he acts as if he knows it all,

250 pounds and only 5 feet tall.

a bowl of chili as a snack before dinner time,

smokes a whole lot of pot then denies and hides.

 

but at least he tries right?

 

thinks of himself as "one hell of a model american."

gets my brother to school late,

then wonders why they failed him.("i blame the school system.")

 

why get a job when you can mooch off my mom?

went to school for two years,

now youre afraid to move on.

 

but at least he tries...right?
