me in strength

me in strength

A Poem by Periac

painted above sharp mountain peaks
in steel pastel watercolor rain

under God's piss
(a)(the) broken canoe on the wavy shore
endlessly slapped by a foamy, jeaolus, turquoise w***e

vultures circle and curse in splotchy tuxedo rags

sleeping in abstinence with the sewn seashell sand
once of color smiles now adourned by pale thirst
lapping at the mucus crying from his nose

with broken wings our catalyst the pacifist
birthed in a mirage

a shadow awakes dressed in a wall awaiting possible conversation....

god bless the controlled science of ignoring

I gulped upon reading this. I thought it was about something else all together until I reached the end line. Periac, you always have a way of leaving the reader in a state of shock. I love this. Being ignored...ouch ouch ouch. And the title fits perfectly. Nicely done. :)
