are lidl racist?

are lidl racist?

A Poem by nigrum homonculus
"

this happened to me and a friend yesterday. i wrote this from his point of view not mine. and for those who don't know troll = a person who winds someone up for fun.

"

I walked into lidl

Because a friend wanted crabbies.

A lovely drink from scotland

It doesn’t taste too shabby.

Picking up the bottle

I felt my job was done.

Helping a friend cope

With the blazing sun.

It didn’t end there though

The manager approached me

with eyes of judication

and a face of conspiracy.

At first I was confused…

But then It became clear.

He accused me of stealing

The f**k did I just hear?

I asked him for some proof

because that’s some bullshit.

I even asked directly

For CCTV footage.

He started stuttering

While I kept my cool.

I couldn’t even rage

Over this flippin fool.

The amount of loopholes

In This guy’s story

Had made me really think

Is he trying to troll me?

if I really wanted to steal

then why would i bring money?

Just to flash that s**t

Like I was p diddy?

He threw in the towel

His argument was dead

And with that I walked away

simply shaking my head…

I purchased the crabbies

Warm from the delay.

Then walked out of lidl

middle finger for display.

I wondered while walking back

“was this because I was black?”

As cliché as that sounded…

I couldn’t help but think that.

I guess it might just be me, but the other comment on this page aside from Maddie's seem irrelevant. This piece isn't comical! this piece is sad. This piece reminds us how horrible this world still is! To still have racist people is ludicrous! There is no excuse for that s**t! This poem is by far the most involved, interesting and realistic piece that I have read. I love the rhyme scheme and the perspective you've shed light on! 100/100!

You're welcome!
The rhyme scheme made this completely come together in this comical, down-to-earth, and sad piece. But it was written so well that is completely came together and got the point across to the reader. It's a terrible society we live in today. I'm sorry for you & your friend. No one deserves that kind of unfair treatment. Rating 100/100.

Hajji, rag heads, dune coon, camel jockey, sheepf**kers, sand Ni***rs. Just a few of the colorful explitives we refured to as the people of the middle east. Was it rasist? Yes. Did we really feel that way? Sometimes. They refered to us as "Sons of Dogs" "Sons of Donkeys" a word that sounded something like "Hathat" it meant we were p*****s. another one something like "Alchlot fhar" basically translated to mother raper. I've no idea how to spell any of this stuff. I just remember it sounding something like that. There was a lot of animosity
