last dance

last dance

A Poem by Sarah
"

about someone leaving

"

Take my hand and look into my eyes,

As we start to dance please try not to cry.

I love you deeply i would never hurt you,

Now i need you to tell me you love me to.

You stand closely by my side,

I will never forget how you cried.

Now we sit cry and cry,

But when morning comes we will say goodbye.

Now we shed a final tear,

Now we know our end is near.

So we stand hand in hand,

As we start to dance our last dance.

There is one thing I see throughout your entire poem that needs fixing. Your lines, for the most part, are clogged with a few filler words that interupt your general flow. read it out loud to yourself a few times, this may help. If you are unsure where the problems lie you can message me. I love the idea of dancing, its a great topic to work with and you did a great job(for an english writer:) haha i'm just kiddng
