Magnifying Glass

Magnifying Glass

A Poem by p.kuhl

There is an ant
standing atop his hill
the ancestral brass shell
catching flints of fire from the sun

and then this ant
burns like the priest
and rolls like thunder
lighting the city where no one sleeps

Very original spin of boy setting ants on fire!
I really like the "ancestral brass shell"
