Leafless

Leafless

A Poem by poet2angels (lynda)

Uncovering parts of me,

unexposed
until fingertips
traced lips to curve;

revealing dreams
like silhouettes,

unfolding

within flicker
of moonlight

drapes, not drawn

leaving us leafless
until love kisses dew
upon morning flowers;

the fragile of petals, unveiled
only to us.
