One Fine Day...

One fine day I will reach for the stars, 
While you hold me up in joy and twirl,  
And happiness would be, the glint in your eyes 
While I lie close against you and curl. 

The cold of the past forgotten in your embrace, 
In the warmth of your breath I shall melt, 
A flutter in my heart, it will cause, your voice 
And right of my feet shall I be swept. 

And deep in the throes of your divine love, 
The budding glow of passion will burst into flame, 
Fiercely guarded in my heart, deep is that alcove, 
Will brimmeth forth, as you shall whisper my name. 

And with a heart full of love, I wait for your sign, 
Eager to be yours forever and submit, 
In hope of those days of passion do I pine, 
And one fine day, you and me, we shall meet...
