The Day We Met

Love is a magic, its within you.Only thing is that you have yo realise it.

“Big truck is nearing me at a speed of 380 KM/hr., but still am standing in front of it ,not knowing what to do. I am thinking about the strategy to escape. .Come on Pooja , you have to jump .JUMP…..“. 
     ”Pooja ………..get up, its getting late”, the loud voice brought her to the reality. It was her mom, who was shouting to wake her up. 
     “Damn… it was a dream .Everyday, I get strange dreams about the scenes which I see in the some action movies the night before” said Pooja. From childhood onwards she have this problem. Even her friends everyday ask her, “What  madam, did you do any adventure in your dream today?”. They start laughing at her. They always called her “Dreamer”. Yes, they are correct, even during daytime she dreams a lot. 
     Well, she is Pooja, who is working in an one of the top MNC. She is kind of person, who always admire bold person, and always wanted to do some adventure in her life. But in reality she is straight opposite. She is very scared of small dogs, darkness, cockroaches, lizard, and the list goes on and on.. 
      Today is one of the important day in her life. It is the day on which ,she has to join her new office . Every day, there will be mini Trojan war in her home, when she is getting ready to  her office. 
     Usually she gets up late after her comedy adventure dream, then she will turn her whole house upside down. Since its her new location, she have to report to her new manager sharp 10:00 a.m. But, its already 9:00 a.m. So, she was getting up in hurry burry. 
                With 15 minutes, she got ready. At 9:25 a.m. ,she have to take  local train to her new office  location .She was rushing to the station. There was huge crowd in station since it was peak hour, but somehow she managed to get into  the train. 
     I will take nearly 20 minutes, to reach her location. So, she was listening to songs in her iPod. The only time pass for those who travel in train is songs. It will give you a good feel, to start your day with good music. 
     Her train halted in her station. Since, it was the most MNC companies location, she could see lot of people getting down from the train. Even she was imagining how  the train would be if there is no MNC’s. Everyone could travel without any rush. Wow….. 
     “ Pooja, come to reality. Its getting late to report”, her sub conscious brain alarmed her . Ohhhh ….. that’s, her problem .Mostly she will go to her dream world very often. Then she stepped out of train and start moving along with the crowd. 
       She was rushing to her office .When she was moving by mistake she hit the person, who was having pile of documents in his hand. Ohh…..  god………..,all his papers fell down and started flying in air .Our Pooja, started having imagination of love scene with romantic background music from the movie she saw. In the scene where the eyes of hero and heroine is meet. They could feel that they have been together for years before. Now the guy and girl will dance in place somewhere in Switzerland or Scotland .She was running her own movie in imagination. 
      “Pooja………..,stop dreaming “ ,its again her sub conscious minds voice. She expected romantic look from him. But to her surprise something unexpected happened. He gave an angry look like how our hero’s eye in movies  will change when they see injustice to old people, same like that. 
OMG ………”Pooja…………… you are dead today”, her mind voice said. 
Then she tried to help him by picking some papers, but she could not stand his look. Since she was in hurry to report to her manager and also to escape from his stare, she did not apologize to him, she just  started to run towards lift. 
      Usually, she don’t behave in that manner. Because, she is very kind hearted and well mannered  person in nature. But , her dream situation made her to react like that. Since, It was her joining date, she don’t want to be late the very first day. 
“All this, damn  action dreams from movies are making me to sleep for  extra  time”, she scolded herself when she was alone  in lift. 
      Again her mind drifted back to the scene which happened few minutes back .She started thinking about the guy she hit. From the look of the person she could say he was terribly angry on  her for being such a mess. She cursed herself for that and she could not get his look out of her mind. His brown eyes were still  staring at her. She could not forget his eyes and his look. His eyes were so sharp and very captivating. 
      Her mini dream came to “pause” mode since the lift stopped in her floor. She stepped out of the lift praying , “oh god…. please may this day be a good one”. Then she checked the time in her watch, it showed sharp 9:45 a.m.She entered the office and enquired about her manager’s arrival to the receptionist. She told her, ”he will be there at any minute mam” with a smile. 
      She was waiting in the office reception. She was thinking about the incident happened. She was disturbed by her stupid behavior and his look was driving her crazy. 
      The office watch showed 10:15 a.m., she was just looking at the people who was getting in and out of the office. She was reading newspaper which was there on the table to relax herself. But, still she felt some disturbance in her mind. It’s because of her morning dream or the guy. No idea……… 
       At 10:30 a.m., her manager entered the office. He said,”Sorry for the delay. You know this Chennai traffic is horrible”. He started complaining about the road system and everything. But, she was thinking about the her terrible morning incidents. 
      Then ,she had a small meeting with her manager regarding her work in project. He told he will introduce her to the team. They both marched towards the cubicle from the meeting hall. 
       Her manager introduced her to the team. He introduced Reena, Santhosh, Vinoth and Geetha. They are all the teammates of Pooja. 
       From the dressing of Reena, she looked so stylish and trendy. Vinoth look very professional and smart. Geetha looked very traditional unlike Reena. Santhosh looked like as though he has come out from rock show , with never washed jean, spiky hairstyle. So the whole team looked very energetic and friendly. 
       Her manager told Pooja that “your KT session will be handled by Vinoth. Learn what kind of work you have to do”. 
       Pooja responded him with a smile. Then he said looking Vinoth ,”Ask your doubts to Vinoth ,he is very smart person he will clear it .Is it not Vinoth?”.He gave sheepish smile. 
       Then Pooja started going to lunch and tea breaks with her friends. During their break, they chatted about different topics. Reena is always fond of shopping, aerobics and beauty products. And Santhosh does not like being called “Santhosh”.He ask people to call him ”Sany”. 
        If  somebody calls him by his own name , he will say, ”hey dude common, Its ‘Sany’ dude. Did you get me “ with an American accent. He is such a freaky person. 
           In cafeteria ,Reena started the conversation straightening her hair ,”you know guys, film star Trisha has joined the same aerobics class where I go .I think I have to meet her once and ask her where is she doing her shopping” 
          Most of the time Reena talks about film star gossips and where they shop, who is their costume designer .So they all got used to her talk. 
           By hearing what Reena said, Geetha asked very innocently, ”hey did she look same like in the movie without her makeup”.Reena told ,”no Geeth’s she will come there with light makeup only it seems. Once I see her I will tell you how she looked. ok”. 
         With surprised look Santhosh said ,”hey Reena ,that’s really cool .Even I had idea of joining aerobics class. I have read about it in an magazine , its good for health and mind it seems. So, can you tell me the address of your aerobics class , so that I could give you company.” 
        They all gave a sarcastic look on Sany. By seeing their strange look he said, ”hey common people don’t give that look. You know me na, how health conscious I am. You also know that I don’t like girls, but what to do they are falling for me da”. This is his usual dialog, he flirts a lot and always engaged in phone fixing date for weekend.Most of the time Sany will be seen only with girls flirting around. 
       Vinoth said sarcastically, “yes dude, we know about you da maccha…….”.Everybody laughed at Sany, even Sany laughed at his comment. 
Then the days passed very fast with all fun at work and kidding each other. 
      It was Monday morning, the whole team was working asusual in casual way.Suddenly, Pooja’s manager entered, he asked Vinoth and Pooja,”did anyone see the presentation document submitted by Telcom”.Telcom is one of their child company. 
       Vinoth replied ,”well  yes, I saw that, it was bit messy.Now,Pooja is taking care of that work” 
       Manager turned to Pooja for a reply,”ya, I am working on it.I am trying to compose it.But could not get main agenda,Some parts are missing” she said with confused face. 
       By hearing this her manager told,”ok guys, I don’t know what you will do,I want this report to be ready within this week.We have client presentation next week.So , don’t mess it”.Then he left the place . 
       Pooja saw Vinoth with worried look,he said, “common nothing to worry about, you call the company and ask the person who submitted the document for details. Then you try to fix it”. 
Pooja said, “thank you Vinoth, that’s really a good idea. I am so relieved now”. 
The next morning Pooja first work is to call the Telcom. She called the company. 
Trinnnnnnnnnng trinnnnnnnnnnnnnnng trinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng…………………….. 
    Pooja: “Hello, this is Pooja calling from MSAA team”. 
XXX:   ”yes, this is Naresh speaking.” 
Pooja: “Well, Naresh I just want to speak to person who submitted presentation document in our office for project” 
Naresh: “It was my friend and myself prepared it.Why any issues in it?” 
Pooja: “I think its “Yes” “. 
Naresh:”yes tell me , what is it?”. 
Pooja: ”you know it is completely confusing , everything is randomly done.I could not get what is   this all about” 
Naresh:”No way, we did everything pakka, how it could be messy”, he told in confused tone. 
Pooja: “so what shall we do?” 
Naresh:”ok Pooja, my teammate will be available shortly. You talk and clarify your doubts regarding the document”. 
Pooja:”that’s fine,bye” 
       After her call, her office watch showed 4:00 p.m, Sany came to Pooja’s table and said,”what madam you look so tired and upset.What’s up? “ 
      Pooja gave a sad smile and said,”you know Sany , I am getting headache by working on this damn report.I worked for last two days, but still it has lot of issues in it yar…” 
       Sany said, ”common man, this is the problem with girls, they take everything seriously and are stressing themselves. Just chill out yar. Ok common, lets go to coffee and relax a bit” 
       Sany is always an easy going guy. He never takes things seriously. If someone ask him “why are you like this man, always funny , not taking things seriously?” 
        His only reply was , “hey that’s me, “I am “S-A-N-Y” ,”Sany” who is always unique .Just enjoy the moment and leave the rest”. His way of approach towards life was completely different. He was the first person to call his team to coffee at sharp 4:00 p.m. Whatever may be the work , he will insist people not to work too much. ”Give some time for you guys. Don’t be a computer freak dude’s” was his usual dialog to the people who stress themselves. 
      Then Pooja and her team moved to café. In café, Vinoth asked Pooja something about the report and they were discussing something. Everyone was listening to Vinoth and Pooja’s conversation. But Reena was seeing someone who was sitting diagonally opposite table to their table. 
         Sany caught her red-handed looking at the person. He said, ”In our table someone is seeing the person in red shirt who is sitting diagonally opposite to us”. 
Everybody looked Reena. Reena said, ”no…….. guys” with sheepish smile. 
       Reena said,”yes guys, I was just looking that guy, he looks smart. I have accidently seen him many times in our office location. I think he is working in NetScape, which is our neighborhood company”. 
Vinoth and Pooja asked, ”so do you know his name?” 
Reena said,”his name is “Shyam” ”. 
Geetha asked ,”how did you get his name yar?” 
        Reena told,”I saw his name from his  Id card yar”.Sany told,”ohhhhhhhhhhh………. great, we have a detective in our team”. 
      “common Sany, I am just looking that guy, that’s all. Don’t talk too much ok”, Reena said with serious face. 
        “ok ok madam, cool……… cool…….Even I am looking the girl in his team. So detective could you get the name of that girl”,Sany asked Reena for fun. 
        Geetha asked, “which girl?”.Sany showed the girl with black salwar. Suddenly Geetha’s face became little upset. Geetha has little crush on Sany. He being funny guy, he does not take any thing seriously. So Geetha kept her feelings hidden. But, Sany always has a soft corner for Geetha. 
          Then they started chatting about the new movie   trailer release and the hero "heroine match and some other  topics. 
          Now Pooja felt bit relaxed and cool. Then they moved back to work. Pooja was busy with all other works. Suddenly she saw the small day calendar in her table had a picture of girl and guy walking in the beach holding their hands.  There was something written below the picture. She started reading it, "There is no remedy for love but to love more". 
          At that moment the brown eyes she met by accident came to her mind. He completely captivated her by his first look. She asked herself,”why am I thinking about some stranger again and again ?Whats happening to me? Ohhhhhhhhh god ……………let me concentrate on work”. That’s true if guy has disturbance in work, he will show his confusion in relationship .But,if girl has disturbance in relationship, she will show her confusion in work. 
She came to reality since her desk phone was ringing. She picked the call. 
Pooja:”hello, Pooja here” 
XXX:”hi, this is Ajay speaking. I am the person who have done the document submission”. 
Pooja checked the time in her watch, it showed 5:30 p.m,.Then she continued her conversation. 
Pooja:”ohh …see Ajay , my manager was very upset with the document.So you and Naresh could come to our office  tomorrow , so that we can clear the issue” 
Ajay:”ok sure, we will there tomorrow.Bye” 
Pooja:”Bye”. 
              The next day morning, Pooja was doing her usual work.But  she felt something different today. 
              Around 10.00 a.m.,Vinoth came near Pooja’s table and said,”Good morning Pooja, we have people from Telcom here to solve the issues” 
Pooja said,”oh…. Ok ok”. 
                Then Vinoth introduced a guy. ”Hi Pooja, I am Naresh, to whom you spoke yesterday” Naresh said.Pooja said,”hai, nice to meet you”. 
                 Then Ajay came from nowhere, he was about to introduce. He just said “hi, I am Ajaaaaaay……”he started looking Pooja in shock………… 

    Pooja was frozen like an ice bar, not knowing what to say. 
           Yes, Ajay was the guy, who she hit on the day of her joining, who mesmerized her for  the whole day and also till date, who is haunting her with his brown eyes. She was completely captivated by him . 
Naresh interrupted ,”hey guys, what happened?” 
              They both came to reality. Pooja introduced herself with a hesitation. But she could not get any reaction from Ajay’s face. She thought,” he is really a stone faced guy .I had never seen such a guy in my life”. 
             Then during her discussion with Naresh, she realized that because of her only all the document papers were messy. Also , Naresh told that they both prepared the report. It was up to the mark. Since he could not come to office, he asked Ajay to submit the papers. 
             Pooja thought of apologizing to Ajay. She was expecting a correct situation. But , there was always lot of people around them. So, she could not speak to him in private. 
              On that day ,everybody left the office, Pooja and Ajay have to work late night, since the dead line was nearing. It was about 11:00 p.m, when their  work was completed. 
            Ajay and Pooja came out of the office in lift. He did not speak a word to her. Pooja was checking her watch frequently and looked little upset. 
            The lift stopped in the ground floor. Pooja looked very puzzled when she came out the lift. She was thinking how was she going to reach her home. She is not bold enough to ask help to Ajay. 
           She thought, “I can better go alone , rather than asking help to this stone faced guy. What is he thinking of himself ?. He is really a showoff”. 
           Without even considering her presence, Ajay moved to parking area once the lift doors were opened. Pooja thought ,”what a rude behavior. By mistake I was the reason for all this mess. But for that he can’t do this. Its really too much”. 
          She was waiting at the entrance of her office.  Suddenly a car came and stood in front of her. It was Ajay’s car. He saw  her at that moment ,he said, ”if you have no problem in me dropping you, I will drop you” 
“ohhhhhhhhh……….. Pooja, he is good guy only. Within a moment you have mistaken him. Its too bad”, her mind voice said. Pooja accepted his help. They both were in Ajay’s car now. 
       His car’s air refresher smelt so good and pleasing. He kept his car so neat and tidy, this gave a good impression about him.  On the way, Pooja thought to herself, ”common Pooja, this is right situation to apologize for your stupid behavior on that day. You can talk only now, go ahead. You are bold girl , don’t get scared .He is not lion or tiger, just a human being same like you common” . 
Pooja opened her mouth slowly and said, ”Ajaaaa…..y” 
      Ajay looked at her and asked very curtly , ”where do you want to get down?”. She did not hear him once he looked at her. His brown eyes were still looking at her. But this time no staring ,just looking. 
      Suddenly the bike horn in the road  made her to come to reality. She asked him, “did u ask something?” 
      Ajay was about to laugh, but he controlled his smile .But he could not help it. Then he tried to turn his face to other side to hide his smile. 
He pretended to be serious and  said, “I asked where do you want to get down?” 
    Pooja’s mind voice said  ,”OMG whether my face is soooooo…………. expressive. I should learn to control my expression. What a idiot I am. He would have thought something stupid about me. Pooja ……you are really an idiot”. 
Pooja said, ”yes, I have to get down near the Plaza Bus stop. My home is near that ” 
Ajay said, ”ok” without any expression. 
        Pooja thought, “I am getting boldness only sometimes, but this guy is diverting me with his look. Common Pooja, this time no eye contact, just shoot what you have to say , common……..”. 
Pooja looked the road ahead and said, ”I am sorry Ajay”. 
Ajay asked “for what?” 
      Pooja said, ”because of me only your report was messy .I know, Naresh told me everything. You guys prepared to the mark, but my stupid behavior made everything confusing”. She was about to explain her situation on that day. 
But Ajay said flatly ,”that’s ok, no problem. Forget it”. 
     Pooja thought “what a guy is he, does he know how to laugh or show some expression in his face. He is behaving like a “STRICT OFFICER”.What a expressionless person…..He is really a psycho guy.” 
     Pooja reminded silent for few minutes. Ajay asked, ”should I have to take right or left to your place?” 
Pooja said, ”take right”. 
        Within fifteen minutes, they both were in the front of Pooja’s house. When she was getting down from car she just turned to say “good night “ to Ajay. There was something in his brown eyes, that she could not meet. 
She just said, ”thanks” and got down. She expected that he would say something in return. 
But, Ajay did not wait for a minute. He just moved very fast in  a minute. Pooja mind voice said ”what a guy is he? Pooja, please take him out of your mind. Are you in love with him? .No way……………Really it’s very difficult to deal with such a type of person”. 
Will Pooja stop thinking of Ajay?..................... 

      The next day morning it was very busy and serious day, since it was the day of their client presentation. The client was satisfied with the reports and presentation. 
The presentation ended up successfully in evening around 6:00 p.m,.Pooja’s manager was on cloud nine. 
Vinoth said to the team, ”hey guys I think we should throw a party for this. What do you say? Have you guys got any plans tonight?”. 
He also added ,”we also have two more people to be joining the team. Its none other than, Naresh and Ajay. Hey, guys, you join the team and look after the project work. Our manager will talk about this to your branch.” 
      By hearing this Pooja was like “ohhhhhhhhh……… god, is he going to work with me? .no way ………….This is not happening”. But she can’t do anything. 
IT’S ALL FATE…………………. 
       Vinoth asked everybody,” hey common what about your plan guys, are you guys free na?”. 
Everybody said, ”yes“. 
      But Sany told, ”well actually speaking, I have very important person to meet today. But its ok, since its our team celebration I should not miss it. I confirm my presence”. 
Everybody looked Sany with sarcastic smile. Vinoth thought,”I know what important meeting you have maccha” and laughed at him. 
Sany gave a sheepish smile as a reply. 
Then the whole team moved to the three star hotel. Pooja was sitting near across Ajay, and Geetha and  Sany was sitting adjacent to each other. Reena , Vinoth and Naresh were  seated adjacent to each other. 
Naresh asked, ”ok guys, then did  any of you have any good news for us?. I am getting sick of all these parties for project success and so and so………….I want some treat for some special reason yar”. 
      Everybody looked Vinoth. Vinoth was blushing.Sany,”hey common dude, we know you .Stop hiding. Tell us when you are going to give your invitation man”. 
   Naresh said, ”hey, that’s really cool Vinoth”. 
   Vinoth said, ”yes, guys. I am in love with a girl,” Akshara”.She is my childhood friend”. 
    Reena said, ”good , go ahead. Tell your love story yar”. 
    Vinoth continued, “We both were family friends. We did our schooling in our home town, Rajasthan. Till that moment I did not feel anything different. But, for college I moved to Chennai. So at that moment I could not stand our separation. She too felt the same way. On the Valentine ’s Day, I proposed her. She accepted my love. We both told our parents about our love after we got placed in good company. They too were happy to hear this and they accepted”. 
   Geetha said, ”so your’s is a happy love story ,very nice” 
   During Vinoth’s love story conversation, Pooja saw Ajay’s expression. He seemed bit uncomfortable. He was lost in his own thoughts. Pooja thought, ”what is that bothering him? Why is he upset? Is he the guy against love?” 
   Pooja always thought not to look at him. But she could not resist herself. 
    Suddenly, Ajay got up from his table and said, ”excuse me guys, I got a call to attend. I will join you shortly”, and he left the place. Pooja’s eyes started following him. 
    Pooja’s mind voice said, “Is he really got a call or just want to escape from this topic?. Why is  he behaving like this?. This guy is always a mystery to me”. Then everybody made fun of Vinoth  and were enjoying. Pooja suddenly realized that she was looking Ajay for long time , so she  turned to Vinoth’s story . 
Pooja asked, ”so when is the marriage Vinoth?”. 
Vinoth said, ”very shortly you guys can expect that”. 
     Sany told, ”hey, we want bachelor party dude .Don’t forget that. So where is the marriage going to be held dude? ”. 
Vinoth, “most probably in my hometown yar”. 
    Sany and Naresh were very  happy. Sany said, ”dude, I have heard that there will be more beautidul girls ……………no…… no…. no…… beautiful paces to visit there. Sorry guys, I was about to say places but by mistake I said girls.” 
    Reena said ,”ok ok ……don’t try to be toooooooooooo smart……….We know know. Don’t put over scene ya” 
Sany was blushing by hearing Reena’s comment. 
Geetha asked, ”so where are you guys going to settle after marriage?”. 
     Vinoth,”well she is also working in Chennai only. So no problem for us. We are going to settle here “. 
     After some time Ajay joined them. Then everybody was talking about Vinoth’s marriage plan, shopping and food items. Naresh was very talkative and he was same like Sany, so they both became very close. But Ajay was very silent throughout the party and spoke occasionally. He looked preoccupied by some other thoughts. 
     Around 8:30 p.m. , they all came out of the hotel and started moving to their places. Pooja got into bus and she started thinking about the dinner party. Ajay’s behavior was still confusing to her. She thought,”sometimes we looked rude, but sometime he looked very sympathetic. What a type of guy is he?”. She was lost in her thoughts and suddenly bus conductor shouted, ”who has to get down in Plaza, come fast” and she came to her sense. 
     Suddenly she saw her mobile ringing. It displayed,”AJAY CALLING……………………” 
     Pooja’s heart was beating heavily. Her mind voice said, ”Ajay………How did he get my number? Hey……………Don’t think too much like a detective, same like you he would have saved all the team members phone number from office team profile. But why is he calling now?” 
With a bit confusion and hesitation she picked the call. 
Pooja said , ”Hello” with the hesitation. 
Ajay:”hello, Pooja. This is Ajay speaking.” 
Pooja: ”yes, Ajay” 
Ajay:”Vinoth wants both of us to come bit early tomorrow. Since we have prepare some reports for the second stage of project he wants us to be bit early”. 
     Pooja said very disappointedly, “ok   no problem. I will  be there around 8:00 a.m” . 
     Then there was a bit silence at both the end after she spoke. Ajay thought about their late night drive in car and her worried face on that day. He checked the time in his watch. It showed 9:30 p.m. 
     He asked flatly, ”then……………., have you reached safely?”. 
Pooja could not believe her ears. “Whether it’s real or a dream. Is he asking this?. Does he care about me?”, she thought for a minute. 
     Pooja replied with silent smile inside, ”yes, I am few feet’s  away from my home”. 
    Ajay said curtly, ”ok then , we will see tomorrow. Bye”. 
     Pooja was about to reply. But the line was dead. Pooja thought, ”What is he thinking of himself? He is really a maniac”. 
IN AJAY’S HOUSE: 
     Ajay and Naresh are staying in the same flat. They both are college friends. 
     Ajay  and Naresh was watching TV, he was flipping through the channel. 
    Naresh was getting little upset and said, ”this is the problem with you da, you will not watch single channel. You will be keep on flipping the channel”. 
Ajay did not reply to him. He just turned to him and gave a empty look .Again started flipping the channel. 
    Suddenly, he stopped flipping .He started watching the song, there was scene in the song where the papers  from the heroine’s file will be flying in air and hero will be helping her .He just saw the scene and laughed unknowingly. 
    Naresh saw Ajay’s strange behavior .He was completely perplexed and asked, ”dai, what is sooooooooo…………… funny here maccha?.Why are you laughing ?” 
Ajay said, ”nothing”. 
    Naresh did not leave him , he continued, “dai, how many times we have seen this song, but all of the sudden why are laughing at this scene? Anything special maccha”. 
Ajay was blushing , but he tried to hide it. 
    He said, ”ok ok……….stop your non sense. Its getting late, tomorrow I have to go to office bit early. I am feeling sleepy, good night da” and left the place. 
Naresh called him,”dai …dai….dai………..” 
    But Ajay did not mind him , he  just entered his roomed and locked it. 
     Everything was completely confusing for Naresh. Because he has not seen Ajay laughing since two year’s. It was very weird for him , but he felt happy for Ajay. 
    The next day morning, Pooja, Ajay and Vinoth were busy working on the report. Suddenly Vinoth’s phone started ringing. He picked the with 100Watts smile by seeing the display screen of his mobile and said “hello”. 
Sany was watching Vinoth from the corner of his seat. 
     Vinoth was blushing- laughing and laughing " blushing continuously while speaking in the phone. Sany know that this was not the way Vinoth speaks. 
     After Vinoth finished his chatting in phone, Sany came near Vinoth’s table. He said, “so dude………. “ Bhabi”(elder brother’s wife) was on line right ,na”. 
    Vinoth was very shocked and laughed sheepishly. He asked, ”how did you get that man?”. 
    Sany replied  as though he has invented a rocket science ,”Its very simple dude, I could get that from your expression yar. You were smile was so lengthier than Maddy’s smile da” and started boasting about him. Everybody laughed by hearing Sany’s comment. 
    Then Vinoth said, “ok guys, jokes apart. I have good news to tell. Our marriage date has been fixed”. 
     Everybody shouted and made noises. Again Vinoth continued with a  blush, ”its after three weeks guys. As I said it’s going to be held in my hometown, Rajasthan”. 
     Naresh said, ”hey common guys, start surfing and see the ticket availability to Rajasthan”. 
Reena said,”Vinoth can we get good Rajasthani silks there. Is there many shops ya?”. 
     Geetha asked, ”even I have heard that there will be more handmade works. So we can get that tooooooooooooo”. 
Sany said,”ohhhhhh……..ohhhhhhhhhhh…….. ladies, please give a break. Let’s get a ticket first, then start planning your shopping”. 
Pooja said,”Sany is right. Let’s first book  tickets”. 
    Vinoth said, ”accommodation will be taken care by me guys. So please confirm your presence. I don’t want to miss any of you guys on my marriage day”. 
   All of the sudden Ajay said, ”I am sorry Vinoth .I don’t think I can come” and he left the place. 
Everybody were bit astonished by the reply of Ajay. 
Pooja was like, ”why is he behaving like this? Will he come to Rajasthan?”. 
     Pooja was thinking , ”why is he behaving like this? Why is  he not coming  to Rajasthan?”. 
     Everybody looked each other with a surprised look. Then, Naresh followed Ajay to talk with him. 
     Ajay was standing in the office lobby lost in his own thoughts. Naresh stood near him, but Ajay did not see him. 
Naresh asked, ”I know why you are not coming”. 
    Ajay gave him worried look. Naresh continued, ”Ajay, you just try to understand things. Nothing will happen as you think. Try to forget the past , I don’t want to see you like this”. 
    In Ajay mind, Naresh’s words were echoing, “TRY TO FORGET THE PAST……………………………..”   
     But Ajay did not utter a word. Naresh said, ”I don’t know man, you are coming . That’s it” and he left the place. 
     Naresh is one of the best friend of Ajay. He respect his words. So he could not deny .Then, Ajay and Naresh entered the cabin .Everyone was expecting for a reply. 
     Naresh gave a casual smile and said, ”sorry guys, little confusion. Now everything is set. Ajay is also coming with us” 
     Everybody turned to Ajay for his response .He smiled at everybody and said ,”yes, I will join you guys”. 
Pooja was on cloud nine when she heard, that Ajay is also coming. 
     The next few weeks moved very fast, since the whole team was busy preparing several project reports and presentation. 
     Vinoth’s marriage was nearing and only few days were left. They all have booked train ticket to Rajasthan. 
       On Saturday afternoon, they all arrived in Chennai Egmore railway station waiting for their Jodhpur Express. But, Pooja’s eyes was still searching for someone in the crowd. 
       Yes, Ajay did not come yet. Pooja was keep on seeing the entrance while chatting with Geetha and Reena. 
Suddenly Sany asked, ”hey , where is Ajay yar?”. 
     Naresh told, ”he told he has some work in bank yar, he will come .Don’t worry”. 
     But Pooja’s blood pressure was rising. She thought,”what is he doing till now? why can’t he be on time?”. 
      The train announcement came, ”train number 16125 ,Chennai to Jodhpur train will depart from platform no:6 within five minutes”. 
       Once the announcement came everybody got in to the train .But Pooja was still waiting for his arrival .Her eyes were searching very fast than the Google search engine. 
    The train operator showed green signal , the train was about to move. Its wheel started moving in slow pace. Pooja was still standing at the steps waiting for him. She was literally about to cry. 
All of the sudden Sany shouted, ”here is Ajay…………….”. 
     Pooja’s face very bright and she saw Ajay running to catch the train. Without even realizing Pooja gave a very broad smile once she saw him. 
     Ajay’s brown eyes were shining in return when he saw her smile. 
Sany and Naresh helped Ajay to get into the train. Once he got into the train everybody was questioning him about the delay. But he was looking Pooja’s eyes which was filled with tears . 
      But Pooja averted her face to hide her watery eyes. Then everybody got seated in their respective seats. Ajay’s seat was straight opposite to Pooja’s. 
  Once he came and sat straight opposite to her, she thought, ”OMG is he going to sit here? How am I going to travel 2356 Km with his brown eyes looking at me”. 
    But silently she felt happy inside and she smiled. 
     To avoid his look, Pooja took a novel from her handbag and started reading it. 
While reading she was seeing Ajay purposefully. But he was staring outside . 
    Pooja thought,”ohhhhh……. God, what a boring companion in train?. How long is he going to enjoy the nature’s beauty? “. 
Sany, Reena, Geetha and Naresh  came from their seat and Sany said, ”oh…………what’s up guys? Why sooooo………. silent?”. 
     Pooja thought, ”thank god what a relief. I can spend some time with them rather than being with this stone faced guy”. 
Everyone was planning about the tourist spots in Rajasthan and shopping and so and so……….. 
    All of the sudden, Sany said, ”Ohhhhhhhhh god……..because of this only I am not coming in train” 
     Naresh asked,”hey what happened yar.Why so much frustration”. 
Sany continued, ”don’t look all of the sudden once I say.” 
Geetha said,”hey first say what is the matter”. 
    Sany said , “the girl in blue salwar in the corner is seeing me continuously from the moment I got here”. 
Everybody looked the girl , she was smiling and she was waving her hands to Sany. 
Reena told, ”yes, Sany you are right she is seeing you only”. 
    Naresh added, ”hey really you got so much fans machcha……” 
Sany was flying in the air,and he said, ”I have  told this truth many times. But you guys are not taking it seriously. What to do, ok at least now you have realized my worth. Never mind”. 
     Suddenly,the kid sitting near to her said,”mamma give the biscuit packet I am feeling hungry”. 
     Everybody was surprised and gave a nasty look at Sany. The other kid standing behind Sany shouted ,”mamma for me also “ and came running towards her. 
     Then only they realized that she did not wave her hands at Sany, it was for her son who was standing behind Sany. 
Sany felt so much humiliated and he could not look at the guys . 
Reena said,”soooooooooooooo Sany , is that girl who was looking at you ?”. 
      Sany said, ”hey no no…….not that blue, I was saying the another girl who was sitting behind her yar”. 
    The whole compartment was surprised by  hearing  their laughter. Pooja and Naresh saw Ajay’s uncontrollable laugh. 
     Pooja thought,”OMG Does he know how to smile?. He has got  a very good smile. But why is he not laughing ?”.She was completely captivated by his smile that she could not stop looking at him. 
     Naresh was really  happy to see his friend enjoying the moment. He really wanted to see his old Ajay. He knows that something is changing him gradually. But he could not get the thing which was bringing the difference in him. 
   It was around 9:00 p.m., everybody had their dinner and moved to their respective seat to take rest. 
    Pooja and Ajay was left alone .Pooja got up from her seat and was seriously searching for something in her bag.But she could not find it, she said,”how did I forget?”. 
    Ajay was looking her , but pretended as though he did not mind her. 
Then Pooja went to sleep. After she slept, Ajay got up from his seat and moved closer to her silently. He was staring at her for few minutes. 
He thought Pooja was sleeping, but she was pretending as though sleeping. 
    She thought, ”hey what is he going to do?”. She was bit tensed and nervous, but she continued her acting. He was breathing heavily. He just moved his hands close to her face.………………………………. 
    He just moved his hands close to her face. Pooja  could feel his breath on her face. She was completely lost. 
    Suddenly she could feel the cool air blowing   around her. Then Ajay moved back to his seat. 
     After making sure he is not near her, she opened her eyes slowly. She turned her face and she could see the fan was switched on. Then her mind voice said, ”hey don’t imagine too much. He just came near  to switch on the fan. What an idiot is he?................”. 
     She just looked him to know what he was doing. He was listening to songs in his ipod. 
     Pooja’s mind voice said, ”hey……….what is he trying ?He wants to become next A.R.Rehman or what”. She said, ”He is really hopeless” with a disappointment. 
      But silently she was observing him. Ajay removed the head set from his ears since he got call from his friend. 
      Since the network was not good, he got up from his seat and went near the door to speak. His conversation was short and he was coming   back to his seat. 
      Pooja was waiting for him to come and when Ajay came back he saw Pooja’s eyes was waiting for his arrival. But Pooja pretended to be casual and  she started hiding her expression.   
Pooja went back to sleep and Ajay smiled silently by seeing her. 
The next day  morning the train stopped in the Badnera junction, Maharashtra. 
      Ajay was standing near steps speaking to his friend in phone. A girl in white tops was struggling to get her luggage into train. Then Ajay helped her .She smiled and said “thanks”. 
       She sat diagonally opposite to Ajay seat.  Sany came to their compartment and said,”then guys had good rest?”. 
Both Ajay and Pooja replied,”yes”. 
      After some time Naresh ,Reena and Geetha also joined them. They started listening to some songs and watching movies in laptop. 
Sany told, ”hey guys, I think the girl in white tops is looking at Naresh”. 
Naresh asked, ”hey don’t try to make fool out of me man”. 
Reena said,”I don’t think she is seeing Naresh. I think she is seeing Ajay yar”. 
Geetha said, ”yes Reena, you are right”. 
      Ajay looked at the girl. But Pooja was getting angry inside and she said, ”hey that’s enough guys. You always play like this only. Let’s change the topic yar”. 
     Everybody continued listening to songs, watching movies. But Pooja was observing Ajay and seeing him whether he is looking at that girl. 
But he seemed very casual and he didn’t mind that girl. Pooja felt happy inside. 
    Pooja thought, ”why am I so bothered about him? .Let him see whoever he likes. Why am I getting worried about him?”. But Pooja could not control herself looking at him. 
      Around 9:00 p.m,Pooja walked to rest room to wash her face .She was shocked to see Ajay speaking to the girl in white tops. 
     She saw him smiling at her and talking with her. She has not seen him speaking like this to any girls. 
    She also saw that they both exchanged their phone numbers and Ajay gave a firm handshake to the girl. 
The girl in white tops said to Ajay, “I will call you once I reached my hometown”. 
   Pooja could not believe all this.  She thought,”ohhhhhhhhhh…………….. god what’s happening , why is he exchanging his phone number with her?”.Pooja started crying and tears started rolling down her cheeks. 
   Pooja could not stand there anymore. Pooja’s mind voice said, ”hey Pooja why are you crying for him? what’s up to you? Are you in love with him?”. 
     Pooja started realizing her love for him. But she thought, ”now everything has changed upside down. How can I go and tell to him now?. Now he is in love with that girl”. 
   He came back to seat around 10:00 p.m, he saw Pooja’s watery eyes. But he did not ask her anything. He was observing her, but Pooja was so silent and looked so worried. 
    Ajay was completely disturbed to see her like that. After some time , Ajay’s picked his mobile and it displayed,”1 MESSAGE RECEIVED-SRUTHI” 
    Pooja thought, ”I know he would have got the message from that girl. He is also same like other guys. I hate him”. 
But silently she was looking him for his reaction after reading the message. 
    The train stopped at Vadodara junction, Gujarat. Ajay got up from his seat and went near the steps. Pooja followed him, he saw Ajay waving his hand to someone………………….. 
   After some time Ajay came back to his seat.He saw Pooja who was sleeping like an angel.He could not take his eyes off from her. 
     The next day, Pooja got up only around 9:00 a.m.Because of the incidents happened on her  last night was really a nightmare which she could not digest. Once she was awake she was searching for Ajay. But she could not find him around. 
      After sometime, he came with a parcel in his hand. He saw her Pooja’s eyes which seemed so worried.Ajay gave the parcel to her. 
Pooja asked with confused look,”what is this?” 
      Ajay said,”everybody had our breakfast but you were sleeping. So we thought not to disturb you.This is breakfast for you”. 
Pooja said flatly,”thanks”. 
Ajay asked her by seeing her worried eyes,”are you all right?” 
Pooja said, ”I am good”. 
      Ajay felt that she was telling lies, but he could not ask more about anything. He was thinking, “what is that bothering her?”. 
Suddenly Ajay’s phone was ringing.He picked the call and said,”hello Vinoth”. 
     Vinoth said,”guys am waiting outside Jodhpur station yar.Once you reach , come out to the parking area.I will be waiting there yar”. 
Ajay said ,”ok yar, within one hour we will be there yar”. 
Vinoth,”I will meet you soon.Bye”. 
Ajay said, ”bye”. 
Sany came to their seat and said,”oh Pooja when did you get up?”. 
Pooja said,”just now”. 
      Sany asked,”did you have your breakfast? ohhhhhhhhh god……….. I totally forgot where did we keep the parcel yar? Who is having the parcel ?”. 
Ajay replied,”hey I had the parcel, I  gave her”. 
         Ajay looked Pooja suddenly and gave a smile. Pooja was completely lost in his smile.Pooja thought, ”hey what happened to him suddenly? why is he suddenly laughing at me?”.But she was happy to see him smiling. 
        Sany said, “ok ok. Guys within an hour we will be there in Jodhpur. So Pooja have your breakfast and be ready guys, we are gonna rock Vinoth’s marriage’. 
       Both Pooja and Ajay smiled by hearing Sany’s comment. Then they all started packing their things, since the train was nearing Jodhpur station. Around 11:00 p.m, train reached Jodhpur station. Vinoth was waiting for them in the station with his cousin Arjun. Once they saw him,they all shouted and people around gave a surprised look at them. 
     Within 30 minutes, they were all in the hotel .Vinoth dropped them  and said,”guys take some rest and come to marriage hall tomorrow .There will be lot of dance party.Dont miss it guys.I see you there”  and asked Arjun to take care of his friends. 
   The next day morning, they were all in the marriage hall.Sany was in cloud nine,once he entered the marriage hall. 
         He said,”dai maccha, it looks as though I have entered into Sony Max TV set da.It seems all girls are seeing only me da”. 
Naresh said,”its all your illusion da”. 
      Reena said,”hey man control yourself, we are in our friends marriage.Keep that in mind.Behave yourself ok”. 
Sany,”ok ok …………..i know. You know guys,we call this as “STOMACH ULCER” in our language.Never mind”. 
        Everybody laughed at the way Sany spoke.Arjun came and asked them to have the breakfast.There was lots of dishes with unknown name and food was tooooooooooooooo delicious. 
      During the breakfast Ajay and Pooja was sitting opposite to each other. Ajay was looking Pooja time to time, to  make sure she is fine and having her breakfast. 
       But she seemed ok and  she too was enjoying the food with friends. Ajay felt better to see her in that way. 
After they have finished their breakfast, they saw some family rituals which was going on in the hall. 
         Arjun explained everybody about the meaning of rituals and the procedures done.He also said,”today evening it will be so much fun.So be ready”. 
          He also introduced them to all other cousin sisters and brothers.They were too friendly. 
In the evening they played music and everybody was dancing. All guys were in sherwani and they were dancing for the songs.It was totally fun,everybody was enjoying the moment. 
      The DJ people changed the song and everybody was dancing in pair.Reena and Naresh was dancing for the music. And Geetha was happy to dance with Sany. Ajay could not find anyone to dance. 
    But Ajay’s eyes were searching for someone in that crowd , he could not find anywhere. Suddenly , he was standing still and staring at someone in surprise. 
     Suddenly Ajay saw Pooja who was in beautiful  blue fancy saree and he could not take off his eyes from her. He was standing still and staring  at her. 
     Pooja saw everybody dancing, but she thought,”It looks as though am  standing in the middle of Bollywood shooting spot”. She could sense someone was standing behind her.She turned and could see Ajay standing . 
   Sany was saying something. But in the loud music Pooja and Ajay could not hear him.Then he shouted ,”what guys are you not dancing?” and continued his dancing steps with Geetha. 
Naresh  and Reena was looking both Pooja and Ajay from the corner of the dance floor. 
Then  Ajay asked ,”can we dance”. 
      Pooja could not believe her ears.She thought,”is Mr.pscho  asking this?I can’t believe this.I think there will be heavy rain in Rajasthan today.Hey Pooja don’t imagine too much, everybody is dancing so only he would have asked.Ok whatever”.Pooja was standing still thinking not knowing  what to reply. 
    Ajay held out his hand to dance ,with a smile. Her  heart started beating fast. The next moment the DJ played the most romantic hindi movie song . But Pooja was scared to dance,since she is very bad in dancing. 
    But she can’t deny Ajay request. So she joined him in dancing.In starting she was struggling to dance, but later Ajay moves was so comfortable, she felt more comfortable to dance with him.She could not believe herself that she was dancing. 
     Ajay was really enjoying dancing with her.They both danced for several songs.Naresh was seeing Ajay time to time,he felt so happy to see Ajay’s happiness. 
    He was smiling by seeing them dancing.Reena asked,”hey what happened ?”. 
He replied her,”nothing”. 
    Around 10:00 p.m, they all returned to their hotel room. Sany said,”ok guys, take rest now. We will see some tourist spots tomorrow ok”. 
    Ajay said,”yes, I spoke to Arjun, he told he will hire a cab for us.So be ready tomorrow morning”. 
Geetha asked,”ohhhh that’s good.But how we are going to see places without a guide?”. 
     Reena said,”yes, Geetha  is right.How can we know about the famous shopping malls, silks , so and so”. 
Sany said,”yes yes… How could we know where more foreign girls will come to see the tourist spots?” 
Reena said,”hey Sany stop your girls hunting ok.” 
Sany said, ”why you guys always take me in wrong sense. Look more foreigners are coming means then that place will have more historical values ,right. I meant only that  guys”. 
     Naresh looked Ajay and gave a smile. Then he said, ”ok ok guys, stop arguing. Now go and take rest, tomorrow we will see the rest”. 
Pooja said,”ok guys, we will take some rest.Its been a long day.Let’s sleep”. 
    Ajay looked Pooja and gave a smile.Pooja thought, “what happened to him?Did I say anything funny why is he laughing, “stone faced guy””. 
     They all moved to their respective room.Pooja was about to move,but suddenly she could feel somebody is watching her. 
     It was none other than Ajay.She just turned and saw Ajay standing in the lobby. Ajay moved close to her.Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhh god…………….. what is he up to? I think I am gonna get a high B.P because of this guy.He is rising my B.P by his every move”. 
Ajay said,”ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……….you danced well in the marriage” with a smile. 
     Pooja thought,”come on man, I know you.Are you kidding me.I know about my dancing.Is he trying to make fun of me?”. 
But Pooja said,”ohhhhh is it” hiding her embarrassment. 
Ajay continued,”yes am sure”. 
    Pooja thought,”Is he trying to impress me or trying to humiliate me?ohhhhhhhhh god………please give me separate brain to understand this guy. He is really tougher than my twelfths mathematics”. 
Pooja looked so confusing and she looked him smiling at her. 
Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhh god am I being so expressive.I should control my expression”. 
Pooja said,”thank you”. 
Pooja gave a expecting look . 
Then Ajay slowly opened his mouth to say something. He said, ”then Pooja………….” 
    All of the sudden, his mobile was ringing.He picked his phone and it displayed “SRUTHI CALLING………………….” 
His face looked was puzzled by looking it, then he  looked Pooja and said,”ok Pooja good night……………” 
Pooja thought, ”what good night………………..???????Is he hesitated  to say just “good night”.He is really an idiot”. 
Pooja replied with a confused look, ”ok bye,good night”.Later Ajay left the place. 
    The next  day morning cab was waiting for them in front of their hotel gate.Everybody came down and Ajay was speaking with driver about the route . 
Reena asked Naresh,”so where is the guide yar?”. 
Naresh looked Ajay  and smiled, ”hey  don’t worry. We will show you all the places.Lets go now, its getting late”. 
    They all were seated in cab, and it started moving.Ajay was saying the driver to go the several tourist spots.They  visited  The Mehrangarh fort, The Jaswant Thada, The Umaid Bhawan Palace and The Rai ka Baag Palace. 
Geetha said,”did you see the beauty ?”, by seeing the construction of the palace. 
Sany said,”yes ………….its toooooooooooooo good………..”,by seeing the foreign tourists around. 
Everybody laughed by seeing the innocence of Geetha and reaction of Sany. 
    Reena said, ”ok that’s enough of seeing the buildings yar.Where is the nice shopping place?Because of this only I said we need a guide”. 
Ajay said,”Reena, you can get dye sarees in Sojati Gate, embroidered shoes in Station Road”. 
   Geetha  interrupted, ”then where can we get the handicrafts  and bangles?”. 
Ajay turned to Geetha , he said, ”well, you can get that in Mochi Bazaar and Nai Sarak”. 
    By listening to all this,Pooja thought ,”ohhhhh  god…………..he is a walking encyclopedia or what?. He knows everything about Rajasthan . But how did he know all this?”. 
Geetha said,”ok then what are we waiting for.Lets move “. 
Reena said,”yes, it’s getting late”. 
    They all started moving for the shopping malls.Reena,Pooja and Geetha were busy in buying bangles, handicrafts. 
Suddenly, Naresh said,”hey where is Sany yar?”. 
The voice from the corner “hey guys am here”. 
Ajay  asked, “what are you doing there? Everybody is buying here. What is special there man?”. 
   Sany said, ”hey no guys, here these foreign girl had problem in bargaining , so only am helping them yar”. 
Naresh said sarcastically, ”I know man , wherever girls have a problem, you will be the first person to help them”. 
Reena added, ”hello Sanyji ……………..we too have problem in buying this embroider shoes. Could you help us here”. 
    After some time Sany came near their shopping area. 
Geetha asked,”so have you finished your social service Sany “. 
Sany replied,”well not exactly.You guys told me that you need me, so only I came little bit early”. 
Naresh, “ok ok.. that’s enough.Lets move ladies”. 
On the way to hotel, they had completed their dinner  in one of the Rajasthani hotel. 
    Around 8:00 p.m, they were all standing in the hotel lobby. Naresh  said, ”ok guys, take some rest.Tommorrow we have our train “. 
Reena said,”ok  can we all spend some time together. Since , it’s our last day in Rajasthan”. 
    Suddenly Pooja and Ajay felt sad. Coincidentally, they both looked each other. Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhh………….. god, why did I see him? am I so obvious? But why did he look at me?”. 
Sany interrupted,”that’s cool .Lets  go and spend time in hotel park”. 
After ten minutes, they were all sitting in the lawn. Naresh said,”so why silent. Let’s play song in mobile”. 
Sany said,”hey guys, I have really rocky MJ’s song.I will play that”.He started playing one of MJ’s album song. 
Geetha said,”just stop that loud "rocky songs. Let’s play some melodies yar”. 
    Geetha started playing some melodies.Geetha said,”how is this song?You know only loud noisy songs”. 
Sany said,”hello mam, what do you think.I am very good in melodies also”. 
Geetha said,”is it. Let’s see”. 
   Then Sany started singing and everybody made fun of his unbearable voice.They all danced for some melody songs. 
Around 10:00 p.m they all moved to their respective rooms.Pooja  could not sleep ,Ajay’s look was disturbing her a lot. 
Pooja’s mind voice said,”hey……… sleep ….sleep ……sleep……”. 
Finally she decided to close her eyes.Her mobile phone was vibrating.She picked her mobile,it displayed,”1 MESSAGE RECEIVED-AJAY…….”. 
   Pooja opened the message, “Good night.Sweet dreams  “. 
    Pooja  replied the message with a smile, ”good night”. 

IN AJAY’S ROOM: 
Sany was standing in the hotel corridor busy in phone. 
    Naresh entered the room and saw Ajay seeing the photos they took in the palace.He flipped all the photos .But Naresh could see Ajay was seeing one photo for long time. 
    He silently walked towards Ajay.Naresh could see Pooja photo in the laptop.Naresh was very happy. 
    As though he did’t see anything, he casually asked, ”what machcha……… seeing something very seriously? Office work ah?”. 
    Ajay was completely surprised by sudden entry of Naresh.He just closed the laptop and said,”no da just checking the mail.That’s all”. 
Naresh said smiling,”what checking mail ah? Yes, checking mail every day is really good habit da” . 
Ajay said,”ok  ok, lets sleep.Tommorrow have to get the train”. 
    Naresh saw Ajay messaging to someone and he understood his escapism. 
    After some time Ajay’s phone was vibrating, and  he was rushing for his phone. 
   Naresh was seeing Ajay who was laughing by looking at  the message received and sarcastically Naresh  said,”good night da”. 
   Ajay said blushing , ”you didn’t sleep yet. Go to sleep ,Good night man”. 

At 9:00 a.m in hotel: 

    The next day morning everybody was standing in the hotel reception with their baggage. 
Naresh asked,”so guys everybody came ah? Can we leave”. 
   Ajay said,”yes man the cab is waiting for us”. Within 30 minutes, they were all in the return train to Chennai. Since everybody was tired, they did not chat much , they spent most of their time in sleeping. 
    There was only one day was left to reach Chennai.Pooja was observing Ajay, who was busy working in laptop.Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhhh god…………….what is he?.Is he trying to put scene or is he really an workaholic guy?”. 
   But actually Ajay was looking her photos in his laptop 
Sany came to their seat,”so guys, had dinner?” 
   Both Ajay and Pooja said,”yes “.Pooja asked,”so Sany when we will reach Chennai ?”. 
   Sany replied, ”by tomorrow morning we will be there in Chennai.So try to take rest guys.ok guys good night”.He then moved to his seat. 
Again Pooja saw Ajay who was still staring his laptop screen.She  thought,”ok whatever let him enjoy with his laptop.I am tired,let me get some sleep”. 
   “Pooja  wake up.We got to get down”,it was Geetha’s voice. 
   Pooja was so sleepy , she was awaken by Geetha’s voice.The train was about to reach Chennai Egmore station. Everybody was packing their things busily. 
   Once she woke up she searched for Ajay, but she could not find him around.Pooja also found the new blanket around her. 
Pooja was  so sleepy. Geetha said,”hey get up fast.Pack your things Pooja”. 
Pooja asked Geetha,”whose blanket is this?”. 
    Geetha replied,”ohhhhhhh ……….this one.It’s Reena’s.Yesterday night Ajay came to our compartment and asked for the blanket saying you were shivering in cold”. 
    By hearing what Geetha said, then she remembered that last night she was shivering in cold badly.Since she forgot to pack the blanket she thought  she could manage. But she could not help it. 
Pooja asked ,”where is Ajay?”. 
Geetha said,”he is in our compartment, helping guys in packing things”. 
    Within ten minutes the train was in Chennai Egmore station. 
Pooja was waiting for the bus in the bus stand alone, where Reena and Geetha had already left .Pooja saw Ajay looking at her  from the other end of the road. Pooja’s heart was beating heavily.She thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhhh…………. god,this time what is he going to say,”good morning” or “good bye”.Why can’t he say what he has to say?.Why is he rising my B.P like this?”. 
     But this time she saw different Ajay.He was  looking her for long time. She saw him speaking something to Naresh and asking him to wait . 
    Pooja could see that Naresh was saying something and Ajay was blushing . 
    Pooja thought,”what is the matter?. Why is he blushing more than girls?”. 
Ajay turned towards Pooja and smiled. 
    Pooja turned back and saw behind her to confirm that he is laughing at her.This made Ajay laugh evenmore. 
    Pooja thought ,”what  a surprise he is laughing! I think today there is gonna be heavy rain in Chennai.If he continues to do such surprises often, there will not be any water problem in Chennai”. 
    He came smiling towards her. He was walking towards her and he forgot the whole world around him. 
   Pooja was completely captivated by his look and she was looking at his brown eyes. 
    All of the sudden, everybody in the road was shocked by the loud noise.Pooja and Naresh  was completely shocked by seeing what had happened. 
    Ajay was hit by car and he fell down unconsciously. Pooja was running towards Ajay shouting “Ajay………….”. 
  Pooja was  completely frozen ,by seeing  everything .It was like a nightmare to her.Within ten minutes, she saw herself waiting in front of ICU .She could feel the tension and she saw the people around her who was busily rushing towards the wards, crying  for their loved ones ,buying medicines and so and so. 
   She could not think anything else , but  only Ajay’s condition.Thousands of question were popping in her mind,”what had happened to Ajay?Is he ok?Will he talk to me again?”. 
    Pooja cried,”ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh god……………..why is this happening to me?I want my AJAY back?Why my fate is like this?”. 
   Naresh  came rushing towards Pooja  after speaking  in phone and asked,”did doctor came out of ICU Pooja”. 
    Pooja was sobbing and she replied, ”no Naresh, I was waiting for that only but he didn’t come out”. 
    After sometime Sany,Reena and Geetha came rushing to the hospital after they got the call from Naresh. 
Sany asked,”hey how this happened  yar?”. 
Reena asked, ”did you guys talk to the doctor?”. 
Geetha asked,” how is he now?”. 
    Everyone was posting their questions to Naresh with tension.Naresh explained them the situation.Geetha and Reena sat along with Pooja consoling her. 
    Everybody were so silent. None of them could not speak anything. Naresh saw Pooja who was completely broken by the incident. 
    After two hours waiting doctor came out of the ICU.Everybody rushed to him to enquire about Ajay’s condition. 
Sany asked,”doctor, is Ajay ok?”. 
    Doctor looked their expecting face and said,”I can’t tell anything right now. There is blood clot in brain,we need to do operation immediately. Since there is heavy blood loss, we need A+ blood now”. 
    Pooja said, ”doctor I am A+ blood group. Please take my blood and save Ajay”. 
    Doctor said, “that’s fine, please go to blood bank in the third floor and I will make arrangements for the operation”. 
    Then operation started after Pooja  gave blood in the bank. Everybody was waiting outside the operation theater. 
    Sany came near Naresh,”guys, can we all go to nearby temple  which is in the ground floor”. 
      By hearing what Sany had said,Naresh was deeply touched.He hugged him. 
Naresh said,”come guys let’s go”. 
     It was small Lord Krishna temple.Everybody was deeply praying for Ajay .Sany was sitting in the corner praying silently.Everybody had seen Sany always as a freaky, easygoing guy. But , that day Sany was very serious.He was so religious. Everybody could see the other side of Sany on that day. 
     Pooja who was crying and praying ,”ohhhhhhhhhh god ………..Please bring my Ajay back to me.I want to  see his brown eyes again,  I want to see his mocking smile again, I want to see his stare again, I want to see his smiling face again”. 
     They were all back in hospital after the prayer. The operation was going on for nearly four hours.Tha doctor came out of the theater, everybody rushed to him. 
Naresh asked,”how is he now doctor?”. 
Doctor said,”he is fine now”. 
Sany asked ,”can we see him now?”. 
     Doctor said,”he need rest.It will take time to come to consciousness. So see him without disturbing him”. 
     Ajay was shifted to separate room  from ICU.Pooja went inside the room,she saw Ajay who was lying motionless in bed.His head was covered with bandage ,syringes in his hand  and bruises in his legs.Pooja sat near him, she was crying once she saw him in that condition. 
     She touched his hand slowly and kissed him in his forehead. She said ,”come back Ajay,I want you in my life” in a lower tone. 
Suddenly, his mobile was vibrating which was kept in the table nearby. She picked the mobile,it displayed, “1 MESSAGE RECEIVED-SRUTHI”. But she didn’t mind the message and she placed the mobile on the table again without opening the message. 
     Once she came out of the room she saw a lady running towards Ajay’s room crying.The old man with worried look followed her. 
The old lady asked Naresh,”where is my son?”. 
Naresh said,”don’t worry ma, he is ok”. 
     Yes ,they were Ajay’s parents. Naresh took both to Ajay’s room.After sometime Naresh came out of the room and saw Reena, Sany, Geetha and Pooja who was waiting outside. 
Naresh said,”guys, our Ajay is ok now. But still he is in unconscious state. His parents wants to take him to their hometown, Bangalore”. 
    After sometime, Pooja saw the Ajay’s parents planning for the flight to Bangalore. Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhhh god………….i could not see him. I am gonna miss him. I don’t wanna leave him in this condition. I want to be near him”. 
    The days passed,Pooja could not concentrate on her work.She was worried about Ajay’s health.She always enquired about him to Naresh. 
One day, she got Ajay ‘s Banglore landline number from Naresh, so that she could speak to him.But still she was scared to call him. 
She dialed the number from her mobile.The call was picked after fifth ring. 
Pooja: hello. 
XXX:hello,who is this? 
Pooja:well this is Pooja speaking.Could I speak to Ajay? 
XXX:sorry right now, he is sleeping.Could you call later. 
Pooja:ok that’s not a problem.May I know who is speaking? 
XXX:This is SRUTHI speaking. 

Pooja could not believe what she heard,”SRUTHI”. 
       Thousands of questions popped up in our mind, ”who is Sruthi?.what  is she doing in Ajay’s home?.Is  he in love with her?Am I gonna miss him?.”. 
     
      The only person who has got the answers for all this unanswered questions is,”Ajay”.But she is not dare enough to ask him.Something was stopping her from asking him.She thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh god……...please save me from this confusion”. 
  
        The days passed just like that,but each day was a year for Pooja.She didn’t forget to forget thinking about him. 
       It was Monday morning everybody was busy working .Sany came near Naresh table,and asked,”can we go for a break man?”. 
       Naresh looked everybody and asked,”so guys, can we take a break”.Everybody moved to café. 
Reena asked,”so guys, I told you about my aerobics class na.I met Trisha last week”. 
Geetha asked,”is it?how was she?”. 
        Reena asked,”she looked same like in the movie.I don’t think she will come without outside Geetha”. 
Geetha asked,”so did you speak with her?”. 
          Reena replied,”yes, I asked her hobbies, shopping  areas.Also, she told me about her favourite Chinese hotel in Chennai”. 
       Sany was not at all interested in their chat, but once he heard about Reena speaking about Trisha’s favourite hotel, he listened to their conversation. 
      Sany asked,”so Reena, could you tell me Chinese hotel, so that I can try the Chinese dishes.Even I am thinking of trying these dishes for long time”. 
       Naresh said,”dude….. we know about you man, how much you are interested in Chinese dishes”. 
       Geetha and Reena also joined Naresh in making fun of Sany.But Pooja was so silent, she could not enjoy all this fun.She was lost in her own thoughts. 
       Suddenly Geetha  saw Pooja and asked,”Pooja are you ok?.You seemed bit disturbed?”. 
        Pooja said,”ok am fine.Bit tired that’s all.Ok guys, you carry on .I have some work” and she left the place. Naresh saw Pooja’s expression and he didn’t say anything. 
The next day,Naresh entered the cubicle and shouted, ”see who is there?”. 
       Everybody  moved their eyes from computer monitor to see Naresh’s face. Ajay was standing there waving his hands to all and said,”hi everybody, I am back”. 
But his eyes was still staring at one person among all . 
      Pooja was on cloud nine once she saw him.She welcome him with a sweet smile and silent tears. There was 1000Watts brightness in her face.She was really happy to see him again in good health condition,to see his mocking smile again, to see his brown eyes again. She felt satisfied when she got back her Ajay, whom she had missed for sometime. 
Naresh saw both Ajay and Pooja and felt happy for his friend. 
      Pooja manager entered the office and said,”oh…….Ajay, happy to see you man.How is health Ajay?”. 
Ajay replied,”I am good.Thank you”. 
       Manager turned to Naresh and said,”so Naresh you go and meet the client in the loction.Show them the reports and get the feedback from them.I think Pooja can also join you.” 
         Naresh looked Ajay and said,”well, I think I am having another report which is to be submitted tomorrow. I think Ajay and Pooja can go, because Ajay has good idea about the report than me”. 
           Manager saw Ajay and said,”what gentleman, your friend is saying like this. Are you ready to go?”. 
Ajay sid,”I am absolutely ok.Even I want some change like this.I will do it”. 
       Manager said,”ok then, submit the feedback today”and he left the place.Both Naresh and Ajay exchanged the sarcastic smile. 
       Both Pooja and Ajay met the client and had completed their work around 3:00 p.m. 
Ajay asked,”so can we have cup of coffee in nearby resort”. 
       After 15 minutes they both were seated in the resort .Pooja was looking at the sea waves and felt bit relaxed.But still she was tensed to be with him . 
        Ajay looked Pooja for a moment and said,”Pooja I want to tell you something about me?About my past?”. 
     
        Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh god,what is he gonna say? Especially about his past?Don’t bring me any heart attack “. 
Pooja was eagerly waiting for his next words from his mouth. 
Ajay said,”Pooja I   am in love with a girl”. 
Pooja thought,”ohhhhhhhhhhhh god, why are hesitating to say ?,say it……………”. 
Pooja asked with  blush,”who is she?”. 
Ajay continued,”actually speaking its like accident”. 
           Pooja was completely excited when she heard this and thought,”what for you are waiting …………..?”.She gave a expecting look. 
     Ajay said,”we both loved each other, but due to some reason we broke up.But after 2 years, I meet her in train.Yes, the girl in white tops,Sruthi.Now we have sort out the problems.”. 

       Pooja’s felt her head was spinning like anything.She could not hear what Ajay was saying.She could not believe her ears. 
      She thought,”OMG what’s all this?I could not control my emotions”. 
        “MAM CAN I HAVE YOUR ORDER PLEASE………….”, 
somebody’ voice interrupted their conversation. 
       Again,”MAM………MAM………..”,Pooja came to reality. She looked around,waiter was standing near her. 
     She searched for Ajay, who was standing few feet’s away talking in his phone.Pooja thought,”OMG it was all just a dream.First I should stop my day dreaming habit.My confusion about him made me to dream like this”. 
     Then she Ajay coming near the table and he saw the waiter standing and ordered for two coffees. 
       They both were silent for few minutes eagerly waiting who should start the conversation. 
Ajay spoke first,”Pooja I think I have to say  something very important “. 
       Pooja was very shocked, she didn’t come out of her day dream yet. She thought,”is he really speaking now or a it is a dream”. 
She pinched herself lightly to confirm it.It was real.But  listening to Ajay. 
           Ajay continued,”Pooja you would have known that my native is Bangalore. I am from business family.My dad was doing garment business in Bangalore and after my education I joined my dad’s business. We extended our business to Rajasthan also. My dad compelled me to marry his friend’s daughter, who was rich. But the girl was behind money.So from that moment onwards, I don’t believe in girls, love etc”. 
         Pooja was completely confused and thought,”what am I going to say him?He don’t believe in love.Why my fate is like this?”. 
         Ajay continued,”I fought with my parents and moved out of the family.I didn’t tell them where I am.So only, I avoided the Rajasthan trip.Because I thought I will see some our business partners there.But fortunately, nothing happened like that”. 
         Pooja was listening to each and every word very eagerly.Ajay said,” But the day I met you, was the day which brought lot of changes in me.I started believing in love.” 
Pooja asked,”but you stared at me when we first met”. 
          Ajay laughed once he heard that,”you know what , I saw the expression which I wanted to make ,in your face.So I thought, you were different.I wanted to know more about you.So only I behaved like that”. 
         Pooja mind voice was still telling her to ask about “SRUTHI”.But she could not open her mouth.She asked,”so now your parents are ok with this”. 
Ajay said,”Sruthi played a major role in this”. 
         Pooja was really taken aback, ”what Sruthi has to do with this”.She tried to hide her surprise and asked “who is Sruthi?”. 
         Ajay said,”sorry I forgot to tell you.She is my cousin sister.We both were too close.Since I came out of my family, I didn’t contact.I think you would have seen her in train to Rajasthan.The girl in white tops.She was very angry , so only she didn’t speak when she saw me in train.That night I spoke with her and apologised for all that happened”. 
         Pooja felt completely relieved once she heard what Ajay had said.Pooja asked,”how did she help in this?”. 
      Ajay said, “when I was met in my hometown for taking rest, she convinced my parents for this marriage.I showed you to her when we were in train.She liked you too”. 
Pooja was looking him and thought,”atleast now tell what you have to say”. 
         Both were silent for few seconds, then Ajay said,”Pooja ,I Love You.Will You Marry Me?”. 
          Somebody’s phone was ringing with very good romantic ringtone the moment Ajay said. 
Pooja thought,”ohhhhhh god…………….life also becomes filmy sometimes.Pooja stop dreaming…………………….”. 
           Ajay was waiting for her reply.She thought about his first look at her.Now she saw the same look which she expected from him at their first meet. She looked straight into his eyes and said,”I Love You Ajay.I wanna spend rest of my life with you”. They both kissed . 
     Pooja’s family also accepted their marriage.Both the family was happy to hear the news and they got married on the same date on which they met each other and lived happily.

Honestly, the grammar got in the way a lot for me. There were a lot of typos, misspellings, and grammar mistakes. It's a good story, it just needs some work in editing.
