Far Off Blue

Far Off Blue

A Poem by bellaa

Little far off blues in an easy world,
Look off the bridge. Do you see?
Nothing for you are on a carousel of laughter.

Do you see that? It's right underneath.
Scratched beneath the browns
Of the boardwalk.

Her toes are red in juxtaposition.
The Sun, screaming orange lies, quickens.
Burning the blues into greens.

So I stare--between the brown cracks.
I stare past toes and Sunlit greens,
Into the far off blue.
