Kaleidoscope Mind

Kaleidoscope Mind

A Poem by princessmewmew
"

I don't know how to write poetry. This is just an experiment in something new.

"

Kaleidoscope mind;

I have yet to find

a good reason why

I should feel so untwined.

Don't understand me;

I just don't believe

that this is how

the world's meant to be seen.

Is there a piece missing?

Darkness that's glistening;

a colorless rainbow.

I find it quite interesting.

Unrelatable, unintelligible;

a flightless dirigible.

In my expert opinion,

the damage considerable.

An irreparable filter.

No replacement was build for

the machine's spinning parts;

Won't come back on-kilter.

A new way of thinking;

Everyone's blinking.

Maybe on purpose?

The boat is still sinking.

The only solution

is free absolution.

There never will be

a true revolution.

Actually, very interesting. One thing I see in this is the confusion of not being free to be who you are and fighting for that freedom but not sure how to do so. That's just what I read into this poem. I see a few other strands but that's the main one.

I liked it. It really is good. It seems really deep, but that's what makes a good poem. XD

I'm looking forward to more writing by you!
