HOPE

Last night I prayed to the God I hope exist,
I say hope because sin presented itself and I couldn't resist.
And to hope in God, sin must remain,
Otherwise life without hope is a life in vain.
But if I'm judged based off mere innocence and ignorance,
Then why was God bestowed with power to punish for being diligent.
I can only hope because believing can lead to disillusion,
of an entity perceived as almighty but allows disorder, hate, and confusion.
