In Warm Blood

In Warm Blood

A Story by Julie Spade

Admiring your eccentricity and further intellectual features from afar

Reflecting my dreams, bright like a star

Shinning in the lightest of volts, illuminating across the moonlight view

Reincarnation is me; into something new

I taste the words of sympathy and care

Reading each line, igniting the flare

Unto the scripted spectrum I sense how is so unfair

Kissing death ; striking cold

Living the last moments of your life alone

I sense the wide range of respect for the living and for the unfortunate deaths.

Strings of the violen strikes its notes so gently and kind

Rest their poor souls in the afterlife, Capote, I pray you shall find

(the greatest peace)

Reaching their light and purpose

along the lengthed and golden staircase

cleansed from feet to face

Gliding among the divine crystalline marble, mirroring their figures

Anticipating to go inside the shimmering light in which the cryptic world of dreams unfold

In warm blood, I praise you capote from afar

Waiting for a dance

Marilyn, my darling, will you give me that chance?
