Hatred

Hatred is something we cannot have

It's contagious and permanent

If you hate something, you'll hate it forever

And feelings shouldn't be your determinant.

Now, logic and reason

Let them have your back.

They may not always be there

But when they are, they never lack.

Trade hatred for dislike.

Hatred is like love.

It's extreme. It's passionate.

It's livelier than a dove.

Hatred could be your foundation.

Hatred could be your start.

But why would you build something

On a foundation that could only fall apart.

Let love be your beginning.

Let love be your end.

Let logic and reason help

Because there's nothing love can't mend.
