Do you ever feel like no matter where you go?

Trouble always seems to fallow

You can’t run, or hide

‘Cus it’s always lurking behind

 

You can hear every cry for help

But not your own

Feel the chill in the air

It’s crawling up your bones

Now even your happy place is gone

 

It’s like its raining

I stare at the sky

Everything seems just fine

But then why… is it raining

 

I can feel the rain like tears

But I can’t escape

Why can I see the sun?

But feel the shadows

This umbrella just can’t be closed
