Dance in the Rain

Dance in the Rain

A Poem by Rie Sheridan Rose
"

for Gandre

"

Dance in the rain
to the Spring symphony.

Drown in the wonder
of the liquid universe.

Embrace the blind poet
within your translucent soul.

Create with your heart
until you learn to see.

Thank you for sharing your poem. It reminds me of the Bob Dylan quote, "some people feel the rain, others just get wet." Though your poem is short, each words seems deliberately chosen and creates great imagery of carefree dancing in the rain.
