Aways Off From The Wild Dark Walls

Aways Off From The Wild Dark Walls

A Poem by Sir Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

back and forth

tapping my foot

on two limbs

I walked into sky

I didn't fall through

I wanted to tell you

that there be

a lot of holes

in beaming skies

at night aways off from

the wild dark walls

the daylight's

a wonderful sight

you see, you know

am I at bottom deep ends

forgetting many

many months

I felt on the whole wall

five full points of use

five full steps

get over yourself

amongs all alone

awhile storms afar

flutter on tides

at night aways off from

the wild dark walls

let in the air to fly on thru any found

a bottle, a lawn chair

not really afar ashore ago

I'm surely here as something was

to put it down halls and so and so

I goes aways off from

the wild dark well

of pieces lost

you see, you know

before my warm heart

am I at bottom deep ends

forgetting many else

many months

I felt the whole well

five full points on

five full steps of us one

amongs all alone shines afar

awhile stepping out

entangled don't drop it

what can I do

across the moon

the roof round

I went on running

in circles as towards

ponders I got these beautiful rise

two windows to dare

soft fog searching

inwards this darkness

I heard in joy singing

celebrates outta looking abouts

further on is nothing

a whisper even more

sounds suffers these all twisted for

others whom it finds

how you think about me now

in all kinds of weather

just picture it around frames

'til I die even more above

then ten thousand pass'd

tomorrow's tangled up

together with

stars above

I will fill the empty void

made better today

it lays over creeks

outta skies I gets

always holes

once was so cold

upwards, forwards

I look to a star

where are the stars

moving any note back

on that note I leaves behind

in a book how will it exist

be like if it's too much, too many

soothes me I go

you see, you know

O' let me drive my mind off

keeps rolling with years

I, myself I knew you

there it is may fly aways

often from the wooden gliders soared lights

sliding together on the boards I sat at that/p>has seen enough
