TO G.H.

TO G.H.

A Poem by Marie

Another one...

Broken Hearts Of Pillow

He’s not the one--

I’ve always known--

His eyes are cold,

His soul’s a stone.

Our paths won’t cross,

And if they should,

I cannot win

A heart of wood.

I’ll never know

His arms, his kiss.

He’s not the one--

Oh but he is!

Wow such a tricky situation, where mind says no but heart knows he is the one for you. I really enjoyed your poem madam. The pictures, rhymes, feelings are all perfectly blended together. Hats off to you!

Oh, I fear G.H. isn't right for anybody. But that doesn't keep me from loving him.
Gregory Hines?
I'm sure we could arrange a meeting.
