CHAFFINCH

CHAFFINCH

A Poem by Marie
"

Not sure what a chaffinch is...

"

 Flash of yellow

Music floats

As if the air

Were starred with notes.

Cheering while

You soar and sing

As if a laugh

Had taken wings.

That's a lovely rhyme, Marie. I've been enjoying the birds this summer.

THanks. I think a chaffinch is the same as a finch.
