chapter I: the first easy mission

 

Iggy and the team got prepared for the mission. It was still raining, but they wore their signature jackets. "okay, you and ren already know what to do, me and rokeem will wait for you in the junkyard, don't be late" Ika said. "what about us" jousho said. "you guys will stay here and make sure the house is safe and don't you dare go to my room" Iggy said. "okey dokey, we'll keep the house safe and I promise I will keep a eye out on gamisei and jousho" Hoku said. "first, my name is gamer, and second, why in the world would I go to a devil's room... no offence Igzane" Gamer said. "please call me iggy" Iggy said. "good luck on the mission" Jousho said. Rokeem, Ika, Ren and Iggy  left the house and went to the place they were suppose to go. Ren and Iggy went to the city hall , and Rokeem and Ika went to the junkyard.  

"soo~ , are you ready to get attension from the guards" Ren said. 

"You are the one to get yourself in trouble, I'm just your backup" Iggy said. 

"oh right... hey Ig, can I ask you a question" Ren said.

"if it has to do with yesterday, I'm not acepting" Iggy said.

"no it's about you and... Ikazuchi... what do you feel about him" Ren asked.

"hm, I just think of him as a best friend, why are you asking" she said.

"I was just thinking that you might have a crush on him" 

"what! have you lost your mind" Iggy yelled.

"haha, I was just messing with you" Ren smiled. They were both almost close to the dark city hall. "okay, nows your chance" Iggy said. Ren took a deep breath.

"you bozos have no pancakes" Ren shouted out. Iggy facepalmed. "let me do it" She said. She pushed Ren aside.

"you fat b******s have no future, is there a real reason you should work for that Butt-chined loser" Iggy yelled out "met ya at the junkyard" Iggy ran off. Ren  rolled her eyes and waited for the soldeirs to come out. Ren heard a shout inside the building , it must've been Dekoku yelling out loud.  2 soldeirs ran out of the builing and started chasing after Ren. Ren smiled and ran away. Since it was still raining, it was kind of hard to see from all the fog around and the streets were a little slippery. The soldeirs were catching up to her. Luckily, Ren knew how to control her speed, so she went faster. She was a few miles away from the junkyard. 

Rokeem and Ika arrived at the junkyard. "damn, this place smells like Jousho's morning breath" Rokeem said and got out his bandana  to cover his mouth. "it's a junkyard, what do you expect" Ika said. "why couldn't we do the plan at another place. for example, The abandoned pre-school or in wallstreet" Rokeem sat down on a broken car. "well, this is where people and soldeirs don't dare to go and We can tie up and leave the soldeirs here so nobody could hear them screaming. so just get used to it" Ika said. Rokeem folded his arms and stared at the sky. 

"I wonder what the sun looks like when it's up and shining, I always wanted to see it in the sky, shining bright and young"

"well, if we get outa here, I promise you that the sun will come up and make us all happy" Ika smiled. 

"I know we can escape this creul city, but the only thing that bugs me is that when we leave the city, the other people will still stay here, hopless and sad. What should we do" Rokeem said.

"hm... I don't know yet, but I promise you, we will find a way to give freedom to all of the people that are suffering from this city, kay" Ika patted Rokeem on the back. Rokeem smiled and nodded.  Rokeem rested his back on the car and watch as the skies were becoming more darker and the rain finally stopped. Ika did the same too, but his mind was more on Iggy than the sky, was he in love with her?

mean while at Igzane's house...

Gamer groaned from the boredness, he felt like he was gonna die from the boredness. "how long does the mission have to take, I mean it already passed four hours" he said.

"it's only been thirty minutes, no shut your whining mouth"Hoku said. They all stayed silent, until Jousho had an idea in his head. He went through his bookbag and took out a cardboard box. Gamer paid attension to the box. "whats in there" he said. Jousho opened the box and picked up the rat that was in there. Hoku flinched up and ran to a diffrent couch. "what the hell is that" Hoku said. "it's my pet rat, kawaii. I found him in the doughnut shop. no wonder nobody likes to go there." Jousho said. "what kind of stupid fool will keep a rat as a pet and name it kawaii" Hoku said. "I know  a guy" Jousho smiled. "you knew a guy that had mental problems" Gamer said. 

"I was talking about you" Jousho said. Gamer glared hard at Jousho. Hoku pulled up his feet to the couch. "do you want to see if he like you" Jousho asked Hoku. 

"n-no! don't bring that diseased animal over hear" Hoku shuddered. 

"come on, he doesn't bite. he's vegitarian" Jousho stood up and walked towards Hoku. Hoku shook his head. 

"stop it! I don't want to see that rodent" Hoku yelled.  "come on, Just pet him a lit -" Jousho fell down on a pencil, making the rat fall on the ground. "eeek!" Hoku got off the couch and ran behind Gamer. "what a little wussy" Gamer laughed. Jousho got up and noticed that his rodent was hiding somewhere. "oops, I geuss I lost him" he said and started searching for the rat. "you freakin dumb-a*s, that rodent will pass diseases to us all" Hoku said. Gamer was helping him search for the rat. Jousho searched under the couch and the living room table. Gamer was searching behind the couch and the closet. Jousho noticed something on Hoku's shoe. It was his rodent. "okay hoku, just stay where you are and don't move" Jousho said. Hoku's eyes widen in terro, he slowly looked down and screamed. He shook his foot wildy, making the rat run up to his jeans. "aaaahh! it's gonna bite my-" 

"he's not gonna bite you  if you just stay still" Jousho said. Hoku sceamed and fell on the ground. Gamer and Jousho winced. "I think your rat just turned into a meat eater" Gamer said. 

The rat came out of Hoku's shirt. Jousho picked up his rodent and settled it in the small cardboard box.

"maybe we should hide before he wakes up and kills us" Jousho said. 

"what, he'll kill you, not me"Gamer said. Jousho quickly searched for a place to hide, before Hoku would bring death to him.

Iggy arrived at the junkyard. "hey guys, did you see Ren yet" She said. They both shook their head. Iggy was getting a little worried that Ren would be captured. "I think I should go back to the city hall and check on Ren, I think they captured her" She was about  run back, but she heard a shout from the street. It was Ren runnig towards her. Ren finally came in the junkyard, she hid behind Ika. The soldeirs stopped and looked at them. 

"you have to come with us, or you'll be immediately killed by us" The soldeir said. Ren clunged tighter on Ika's shirt. The soldeirs pointed their guns at Iggy amd Rokeem. Ika grinned. "anybody ready for the party ga-"  before Ika could finish his sentence, Iggy took out her pocket knife and started to run towards one of the soldeirs. "or we can just go now" Rokeem ran towards the other soldeir. The soldeir shot a bullet to Iggy. She managed to dodge the shot and strike the soldeir on the back of his neck. The other soldeir was trying to shoot at Rokeem. Rokeem couldn't dodge the shot , so he got a shot on his left shoulder. Ren screamed out his name, she wanted to help him, but she didn't have any strength. Rokeem ignored the pain and punched the soldiers chest, making the soldeir fall back a few feet. Rokeem grunted from the pain, feeling blood dripping off his arm. Iggy ran towards him. "does it hurt alot" she asked. "n-no, I don't feel anything on my shoulder, it just feels like a tiny needle" Rokeem said. He took off his bandana and dried off the blood. Ren ran to him and hugged Rokeem. "Ren I'm alright, you don't really need to hug me" Rokeem said. Ika walked towards the dead soldiers. He took out their maps and keys from thier pockets. "I got a map for the city's sewer and the other one is for the city's streets. but I don't know what the keys are for" Ika said. Iggy looked at the dead soldiers. "what are we going to do with the soldiers" she asked. "lets burn them up and eat thier -" Ren noticed she was saying something insane. Ren stayed silent, everybody was still staring at her. Iggy shook her head slowly. "you poor dumb little girl" she said. "lets just leave them there" Rokeem said. "can we go now, I don't wanna stay here anymore" Ren said. Iggy nodded. 

"lets hurry up, I need to take a shower. I'm starting to smell like Ika's armpit" Rokeem said. 

"here let me help you with that" Ika picked up a handful of dirt and threw it at Rokeem. Rokeem dodge the throw, making the dirt hit Iggy's face. Iggy cleaned off fhe dirt and glared at Ika. 

"I-I'm so sorry ig, I wanted it to hit Rokeem, not you"  Ika slowly backed away. Iggy picked up a spoiled daiper that was nearby, and threw it at Ika. It hitted Ika  at his face. Ika sceamed in disgust. 

"aaaaaaargh! I had my mouth open" Ika yelled, he kept spitting at the ground. "can we just go" Ren yelled. 

"lets go before Ms.I-wanna-pony will start bothering" Iggy said. Ren glared at her. They started walkimg back home. 

They arrived home, seeing the house in a terrible mess. Gamer was sleeping on the stairs and Hoku popped from under the couch. "what the hell happened!" Ika yelled. "did we miss a earthquake or did gamer eat chocolate again" Rokeem said. Iggy's eyes started twitching and her face was extremely red. She walked towards Hoku and picked him up by his shirt collar. "what.the.hell. happened!" Iggy yelled. "I-I'm sorry! I was trying to find for Jousho" Hoku said. Iggy letted him go and called out  Jousho's name, loudly. She heared rumbling upstairs. Then the attic door opened. Jousho fell out of the attic, but the couch wasn't there to break his fall. "...ow" he groaned in pain. Hoku got up and attacked him. Iggy shook her head slowly. She took Hoku off of Jousho. She threw him on a couch. Ren and Ika was surprised from her strength. "look, I wanted to finish the easy peasy mission and go back here and rest in peace. so now I want you to clean up this mess in ten minutes, before I go wild and rip your head off, I'm serious!" She shouted. Hoku and Jousho quickly nodded and started to clean up. Iggy sighed and sat down on a chair. Rokeem went to the kitchen and got a small knife. He slowly dug the knife in his shoulder amd slowly took out the bullet that was in his shoulder. More blood was flowing down his arm and to the sink.  "are you alright" Ren asked, as she walked towards him. He nodded and threw the bullet to the trash. "I'm gonna go take a bath" he said and went upstairs. He pushed Gamer off the stairs, making him fall off and wake up.  Ika laughed. Jousho and Hoku was aleeady finished with cleaning up the living room. Iggy wemt to the sink and washed her face. the dirt was washing away from her face. When Iggy closed her eyes. She saw a image in her mind. She couldn't tell what it was, it was to blurry. She opened her eyes again, the image was gone from her mind. Iggy rubbed her head, she felt a little dizzy. 

"hey, iggy are you alright" Ren said. Iggy nodded. Ren was playing with her purple shiny hair. Iggy saw flashing lights outside. Ika noticed it to, he looked out the window. 

"holy lady gaga, there's a paparazzi outside" he yelled. Everybody's eyes widen.
