A poem dedicated to one of the most complicated women I have ever met, describing my obsession with her many years ago.

Fascination... hesitation...
A simple glance in eyes of clouds
That somehow summon rain.

The lightning's strong, and before long
I should eventually go inside
To save myself from you.

But why resistance? My persistence
Comes from just a simple wish
To learn why lightning strikes.
