Wash Away

Wash Away

A Poem by Rachael

I think I'll start with these few words;

that I'll wash away my tears and fears.

No longer do I not hear the song of the birds

My mind is open with listening ears

I've found a way, a way to wipe away my fears

The day begins and ends with you, a realized part of my life

We've traveled down the winding road,

with our ears open to hear the code.

An apprehension for the un-need of tears.

This part here grabbed me... cause yes their is so much to love and not all of it is cut and dry... sometimes we need to read between the lines of our loved one to understand that not spoken... over all a great job expressing such wonderful sentiments of love.

A excellent poem. I had to read a few times. I like the positive ending. Someone allowing the tears to fall and moving on leave us stronger and wiser.
