Just a mere child of the night

The demons ask me to play

The stars shine at my will

I am not your angel

With blackened leathery wings

I take flight upon the will of my dreams

But I guess angels aren't quite what they seem

Are you shocked now?

Possibly even afraid now?

For what I truly am?

I am a being of the night

For this is my world

I wear the moon as a pendant

The stars in my hair
