Four became three

Four became three

A Poem by Sabrina12

The girl is standing there.
What did she do?
How can this be?
This little girl decided
She wanted to leave.
No it can't be true.
She was a beautifully
crafted Girl.
The ghost of the girl looks away,
She can't stand the sight
She doesnt want to look
At what mess she's just caused
Since she gave up her fight.
 down at her feet
Oh! What a sight!
A cool porcline face,
her eyes not blinking.
Her grandmothers chain wrapped around her neck
With her pulse not beating.
And two full wrist covered in scars
With grip that's gone,
The bottle responsible
laying on the ground.
Tears falling, the girl moves around
She can't believe she's done this to herself.
She crashes down to the ground.
She's left her mother,
Her father
Her life.
It all left out the door.
Regret evades her.
She can never undo this
final Mistake.
The door swings open,
Parents frozen in time.
They won't believe there eyes
There little girl.
Dead on the floor.
Her mother collapse
Taking her baby in hand.
Crying and wishing
She'd seen the signs.
Of her little precious girl
Feeling so lost in the world.
She never even got to say her last goodbye.
Her father slides down the door frame.
He can't even move.
 Paralyzed by his
biggest fear coming true.
Her brother walks over and sees
The big fright.
No words need to be said.
Just silent tears are shared.
Her mother,
sees underneath the pills.
Her final goodbye to the
Cold,Cruel,
World.
Her father, takes the note and reads allowed
what was the last words
Of his little child's mind;
" Mom, Dad, big brother, I'm sorry for the pain I've caused.
The names, the words I'm told. They're wearing me away.
My times is done. I love you"
Each one breaks down in their own special way.
The spirit of the girl just wants to
Scream " I'm sorry, please. I don't want to leave".
And this night of all
Nights.
Bullying took a girl away .
She was the glue who held the family together .
That family stayed where they were all night
And it was the first the family
Of four became a family of
Three.
